Sold as "new" but clearly used

Boxed the helmet came in was busted up and when I opened it the helmet had generic decals on it that someone had clearly forgot to take off. I ordered a gloss black helmet which shouldnt have had terrible blue racing stripes on it. Clearly someone else had it first as well as it had some minor scratches on it as well.

RevZilla attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

My first purchase from New Zealand

I chose to have have my items forwarded to NZPost in the USA to have my order shipped from there to me in NZ as I considered revzilla 's shipping to NZ excessive. With the benefit of hindsight that was a mistake as the shipping cost is nearly the same and there is an inherent delay of almost an extra week and a degree of stress involved.
I hope I really enjoy my purchase when it arrives

Slow shipping

This jacket was supposed to be shipped between 4-6 days and it didn't leave the warehouse until day 8. And this was only after I sent an email asking about it.

Shopping experience and check out are fine automated processes. The website usually works well. The issue with this experience is I received two tracking numbers for three boxes. The third box arrived separate from the other tracking numbers over four days, yes including a weekend. That weekend was spent talking to customer service about if a third box had been sent or not.

I have always had great shopping experience with RevZilla. This review should reflect that. What is review is not about is tires that I purchased. I have purchased several times from RevZilla. I have never had a problem with with ordering or receiving products. I'm currently also shopping a new jacket and helmet. I've never purchased clothing from RevZilla before, hopefully that will be just as good of an experience.

I ordered a pair of boots and a pair of pants. Both items arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the pants did not fit and had to be returned. The return and receipt of the credit was done so quickly... I was shocked. RevZilla is a terrific company, and I do not know how they could improve.

I Had a sena 50s Malfunction ordered another one, in the meantime some of my riding buddies switched over to Cardo. I did Open the new sena that they warranted Set RevZilla an email to see if they would trade me out They did with no issues.

The revzilla team definitely helped me decide to by the products I was interested in through there comprehensive product review videos and customer reviews. However, the processing and shipping time is lacking when compared to Amazon. I paid extra for 2 day shipping. And it took 4 days for me to receive my product.

Let me first say that RevZilla support tried to help me as best as they could however I am still disappointed overall. Placed an order for 3 products on a Saturday and all were in stock and said they would ship next business day. Knowing that standard shipping is 1-5 days that would get me my products by the date I needed them. On Monday morning reached out to support to confirm about the shipping and was told the product would ship Tuesday and because the order was already sent to get picked that the shipping method could not be changed. The items did not ship until Wednesday which meant the products did not arrive until Monday. Unfortunately due to weather, my bike is now parked for winter so I can't really try the Cardo. Just unhappy that "Ships next business day" was inaccurate.
