The pants came quickly and feel reassuringly durable. It was great to see CE level 2 armor in the knees, but disappointing to find non-protective filler-foam instead of hip protectors.
This is my third pair. I use them every day and wear them all day, rain or shine. They last ( waterproof) for about three years before the sole wears out and they begin to leak. I put a piece of duct tape on the toe and that gets them through the last winter. Price was the same three years ago.

Helmet received had obviously been returned previously to RevZilla. Helmet box had prior recipients address label still intact. Pads inside helmet were not connected and sitting bottom of box. Face shield on helmet did not close fully. Returned the product as I do not believe in using a unused helmet. Bought and paid for a new helmet disappointed to get something different.
I ordered a new set of handlebars, barkbusters and the zeta turn signals that go on the barkbusters everything is in great condition and I'm ready to try everything out on the road when the weather gets a little bit warmer

There was a piece of the helmet which was broken off, not allowing me to fully attach the visor. They asked me to send in some pictures and then they sent me a pre-paid shipping label and made sure the exchanged shipped out as fast as possible. I'm super happy with my helmet and even happier with the people and service of the company.

Purchased a pair of Revit Sand boots last year. Used them exactly 6 times before they fell apart. I returned them. Revzilla to their credit returned them with no issues. Great job! However, they issued me a store credit versus crediting my card. (Unknown by me and not mentioned by them, outside of 90 days, they only issue store credit.)
Ok, I took the store credit and planned to continue my winning streak with them by purchasing a pair of Knox riding jeans. I have been waiting for Revzilla to re-stock these products proudly displayed on their site for over six months. Every single item of this product line says "out of stock."
Called today to get some sort of update on the product. When will it be back in stock? They have no clue whatsoever. No available information.
So, I asked to be refunded the monies sitting wasting on my account so I can simply go somewhere else and make the purchase of the product I need versus wasting that money on something I do not need.
The answer: They cant do that because my original return was outside the 90 day window.
My Response: A person has no idea when a product is going to fail and require replacement or warranty. What is it occurs at 95 days, 100? Through no fault of their own? Simply a bad product with bad quality.
The Kicker: I want to work with you and use that money to purchase another product which I need. Not any other make, model, type, simply what I need and advertised on your site. That product for all intents and purposes, appears to be a defunct product as revzilla cant be bothered to A. Deal with the manufacturer to receive a shipment, B. Remove the items from the zilla site.

Unfortunately I am giving a one star, but it really is of your own making. Will I stop dealing with you likely not. Like I said you have come through as I have planned my adventures and I truly had no reason for gripes or complaints. However, in dealing with this issue here, you fall flat. Not doing this to be mean, simply giving a review of this particular experience. Maybe it will push the corporate folks to get off their rears tires, stand up and deal with Knox properly and look at the return policy. You folks we deal with on the phone...you do great.
