Researched different helmets with their videos, decided to order the same type and brand as before, simple ordering process, kept up to date on the order as it shipped, received it three days later in perfect condition.

Using the RevZilla site was an easy process. I highly recommend it.

So far I have purchased almost all of my gear from this site. They have such a wide variety of women's clothing to choose from, it has made this journey easy! The return policy is great and absolutely necessary when trying to shop for women's anything. But most of the sizing charts have been on point and I have only had to swap out a few items... pants, of course! Shipping is always extremely fast and they process returns very quickly.

Fit on my 2017 ninja 650 perfect. Not too big that it looks weird but big enough that it makes semi long distances sooooo much more relaxing. Wind hits my helmet instead of my chest now and flys up in my helmet making a bunch of wind noise. Slight tuck and zero wind on me. I love it

The masterlink that came with the chain no matter what i did the link wanted to press on crooked so hada order a different one went on smooth a butter after

It was some great motorcycle gear that I purchased. The webpage could have shown me the prices in Australian dollars once I selected Australia as my delivery destination. Overall, happy with my RevZilla purchase experience.

Overall, I noticed that warehouse processing and the amount of time it takes RevZilla to ship their product seems slower, and takes longer than what I am used to.

I ordered a small part that the website listed was in stock and would ship out same day. It did not ship out for three more days. Not sure if their website was inaccurate and they were waiting to receive it from the original manufacturer? I even chatted with an online representative 48 hours after the order and she said she could see it was being packaged on the floor. But it still did not go out that day.

To be fair, the representative gave me 15 RevZilla points, which was very kind of her.

I work in an industry that is highly competitive, and when I order something online, it usually ships immediately.

RevZilla is great for product knowledge, and providing a plethora of wonderful options for people. But their processing and shipping slow.

What can I say? I shop from my EZ chair. RevZilla produces lots of videos making it easy to make a decision. So far everything I have ordered is a keeper.

My Revzilla merchandise always arrives well packaged and on time. I have been happy with every purchase so far, from my mesh jacket to my cold weather jacket to my water resistant backpack. Each time I shop, I can choose from merchandise at many different price points and read reviews so I can make an informed choice about how much I would like to spend.

Won't be renewing RPM membership. Too many purchases in last two years went well beyond promised timeline established under membership.

Sleeves are very short, body is rather small.
I'm usually 2xl and ordered 5xl,fits OK but no way I could use thumb holes

Second pair I've gotten of the same boots. Love them. Great style. Good quality.

Revzilla's selection is very good, free shipping is a plus, and some of the customer reviews can be helpful.

I ordered a new face shield for my Scorpion Covert FX helmet. Got it a few days after I ordered with no issues.

Rear suspension for the Harley arrived exactly on the day indicated. RevZilla never ceases to amaze me with their professionalism.

I ordered 4 jackets in hopes that 1 of them would fit well. Sadly, none of them fit (not Revzilla's fault!) so I had to return them all. Each one was shipped to me individually (drop shipped?) which is not great (waste of resources) but that's not a major issue. The real problem is that I had to print out a return label (including return labels in the original shipment is being the standard now) and that it was for a single 16lb package. Ended up having to drive all over town to find a box big enough to fit 4 motorcycle jackets and paying $22 for one at the UPS Store. The $22 + the $9.99 return shipment fee means that I paid $32 to return the items that didn't fit. The same items on Amazon had free returns that I could drop off locally at Whole Foods - why would I buy anything from Revzilla again?

Finally, I sent a comment to Revzilla, outlining what I have just described above, and never received a response. Good customer service can make up for a bad experience but nothing but crickets from them.

Awesome, very helpful and quick delivery's in great condition.

They sent the oil quickly would do business with them again.
