I placed an order for several parts on March 5th, one of these items was a front steel brake line. It was in stock and claimed to ship out "within 24 hours"/"Next day" and this is where my trouble begins. It is now March 14th and customer service has given me the run-around as to what happened to it and where it could be. They are unable to cancel this item even though it most likely has not even been placed in a box or assigned a shipment label. Most likely i will not be purchasing from RevZilla in the future after this as i feel that my hard earned money is being played with.
My son is new to BMX and I have had multiple conversations via live chat as well as email with various staff. They have all been the most informative, helpful, and knowledgeable staff I have ever dealt with in ANY business. I have learned more about BMX clothing, protective gear, and helmets from RevZilla staff than any website. They have a loyal customer for life.
Online ordered and it showed up 2 days after shipping as described!
The original order took a long time to show it had shipped, it showed in stock, I actually contacted customer service and got an email saying it shipped shortly after the contact. The tracking number just stated a label had been created for a few more days. Over a week after the order was put in the riding jeans show up and they are the wrong size. I contacted customer service and a return label was generated and a new order entered. I am now waiting again for the tracking information. Maybe in another week I will hopefully get the order properly fulfilled.

Got some Tusk handguards, look very good but right side not drilled properly for mounting so have to deal with warranty replacement which is a pain when shipping international incurring extra costs. These can be eliminated by using standard US post to Canada with package marked warranty.
Also would like option to request shipping complete orders and wait for backordered items prior to shipping. Multiple shipments increases cross border costs substantially for Canadian customers. Should have option to select us post for shipping small items which can be delivered direct to Canadian addresses inexpensively.

The return process was painless but I would have rather receive the helmet in the size I needed the first time. I measured my head exactly per the sizing chart and it was so tight I could barely get the helmet on. That's too big of a difference. Please update the sizing chart for each helmet manufacturer.
