Items on the other hand were all very disappointing. The quality was poor - not what I expect from REVOLVE. One item (Steve Madden dress) was even missing a strap and the strap that was there was wearing away.
Last month I've purchased a new shirt online and received it within a week. It looked great, exactly what I ordered. Only when I tried it out I noticed that the fabric was damaged and it made the shirt very crooked. I've sent a message on the website customer service and immediately received response, in a few minutes they took care an refund my account. It was very professional and quick service. I will definitely continue purchasing from REVOLE
Easy to buy, try and return. I end up spending more of my budget here because they make it so easy and they are pretty consistent on their deliveries! However, always looking for more variety and wish they didn't list products that are out of stock.
I ordered a filson backpack and instead they shipped me a filson tote which is worth about $100 less.
While their customer service has been fairly responsive, and I had hopes that everything would be resolved fairly soon it didnt happened. I have not received a full refund nor a replacement shipment yet. Instead I only have a partial refund of 26 dollars even though I have already mailed back their mistaken merchandise.
I am still missing a refund on the customs (which Is their responsibility since I never received the item I ordered) and the purchase price of my backpack.
Update: after posting this review, I got a replacement bag shipped out immediately and a correct refund as well an email apologizing for the mistake. I'm not sure what would have happened had I not write this review, but the conclusion of this story is that all wrongs were righted and I'm probably going to order from this site again if the price is reasonable.
I order a pant from their website, and It got a deflect. Therefore, I shipped the product back to revolve to refund my money. The customer service person on the phone told me we can't refund your money, but we can give you stores credit. I was like wtf, We got in an argument, and the problem was not resolved. So at the end, I have to call my bank for charge back. Word of advice "I won't trust this website."

I was a bit hesitate to order even after reading very good reviews. I live in U. K. and I cannot find level 99 jeans in here. So I decided to risk it…. And I am really pleased. I payed a bit extra for delivery in order to include the taxes so I will avoid paying when the item arrives here. It arrived in 5 working days straight to my door. Excellent service and defiantly will order again.
I've spent tens of thousands of dollars on revolve clothing. The clothes are not at all as pictured and if you try to return they want to charge a 15 percent restocking fee! The last order the dress was nothing as pictured and returned only to be told it wasn't the same dress! I have American Express fighting claim! Customer service is not a focus at all

I never write reviews. But I am shocked at the cheap quality of these clothes. I gave them 3 chances too, but each time I bought several items of high dollar and was just amazed at the cheap fabric and cheap threading. They look SO GOOD! If only the quality matched the look and the price! I am really disappointing because I truly love their style but I can get the same pieces for $20 at any cheap store and it will parallel the quality of their $200-$300 pieces. They must be making a KILLING. Stay away because they are robbing you. Trust me
I have started shopping a month ago with Revolve, I'm very happy with their delivery and their return process is one of the easiest.
Your refund is returned back to you immediately which I was very impressed with, no other is that quick, and I shop a lot online.
I will definitely be shopping with again and cannot recommend enough.
This site is the best. Every item is priced reasonably to what it is worth. Their shipping is amazing and always arrives within the timeframe given (I'm in Canada). Also, from what I understand, they have a great return policy. Woohoo!

I got an order and firstly, they had great 6 shipping. Unfortunately though, the items i ordered leaked out. I reached out to a revolve worker and they hooked me up with a replacement and next day shipping :)
I ordered a dress for a very specific event. It arrived without the belt that was supposed to be included according to the picture and description. I called customer service, and they were unable to send me a new belt or a new dress and instead just provided a full refund. Didn't really help because I needed this dress for a specific event, and had no time to get a new one.
I'm a customer from Singapore. Its's my first time buying an item from this website. Upon buying, I didn't check the review but after waiting a few days I began reading it but most of the reviews was not a good thing to hear. Eventually it didn't happen to me. Thumbs up to all the customer service. It did takes 2 weeks to arrive but worth of waiting!
I order with revolve almost exclusively, because the quality of items is usually on point everything stylish and I can return with refund no problem. Recently, the only trouble I've had with a return is UPS sending a shipping notice to try and collect some duties, but revolve cleared it up within a day and everything was good to go

I buy pretty exclusively from Revolve. It's hard to find anywhere with this much selection with a great return policy and quick shipping. I love most of the stuff I buy but sometimes the fit is off but I don't stress because I can return super easily.
The dresses look so much better on photos than in real life. It is almost catfishing what they do. I bought 2 dresses, ome of them was 300£ And the quality was just horrific. It was as though the dress was made of paper. I am so disappointed with revolve because their pictures look beautiful. But what you get is not even close to that.
Was so excited to receive this bag and it did not disappoint! Used it this past weekend for a four day trip and it fit everything I needed beautifully. The shoe compartment at the bottom is a game changer.
