I have had such a great experience looking through the Revolve website. I couldn't find a simple complaint however the app is an absolute nightmare. Trying to purchase 3 items and its been loading for 20 minutes. Everytime I try get into it again it does the same thing. So annoying!

I have purchased a number of clothing items and a few pairs of shoes. Extremely poor quality for what they charge! Every single purchase I have returned. Found it amazing, pre-covid, that the return center provided in California, the girl behind the desk said there was an overwhelming amount of returns always from Revolve. I am done purchasing.
I ordered a blazer and a denim jumpsuit. They arrived within a week and were packaged in a UPS box. Unfortunately the clothes are too big for me and I am trying to contact customer service for a refund but I haven't heard back yet (after 5 days now). In the past, they have been more responsive.
This company shipped me faulty item. I spent two weeks corresponding with their customer service team arranging my refund. Instead of refunding me, they reshipped the item back out and made me go through the whole process again. No apologies, no help. Refunds are almost impossible, poor quality products and even worse service.
Revolve's interface is not as user friendly as some of the other shopping sites. Their sales are not typically as competitive as other sites as well. However, they do have great designers and I will shop with them from time to time if I can't find a piece anywhere else.
The pillow is hard, and small 8 cm high. So if you are sleeping on the side as me, it is a bit difficult and inconvenient, BUT i recognise that now i am more frequently end up sleeping on my back, which is good.
Don't sign up on site. First they will never stop advertising even after repeated requests on "Ad Choice". Ost important is the clothing is ill fitting poorly sized and the same article can be found on on the web for 1/4 1/3 the price...
I like everything about your website, etc. with one exception. All items are modeled by extremely tall women. While I do understand the reason for that it would be very helpful to have a range of models, especially for items that cannot be shortened.
Ordered a BEIS bag, came from US in a matter of days. Tracking from Fedex kept me up the date the whole way and the fact that Revolve followed up after my goods were received is amazing. Thank you. Would recommend! Great shopping experience
Ive been buying from revolve for years! Never had a problem! Clothes are always on point and customer service never disappoints. Ive had to make numerous returns in that time if I didnt like an item and ave found returns to be hassle-free! Cant say enough about them!
My daughter is getting married this October in Italy, I have been struggling finding a Mother of the Bride Dress. I committed myself to Revolve as I have only had great experiences with my previous purchases and customer service.
I have ordered a number of dresses to try and hopefully to buy, having said that no luck so far but Revolve is helping the ordering and returning process extremely satisfying and easy.
I am very hopeful that the last dress I ordered from Revolve will be the 1 :)
As the "older" customer you take a risk when shopping online to more youthful oriented sites. Then you find an item that just seems right but without trying it on, inspecting the quality and other essentials on a major purchase (which was in this case a coat) I thought well let's give it a try. And try I did as in 'on' and it fit great, looked great, felt great and was an amazing price. I am now ready for the storm!
I had a great experience shopping with Revole. The site was easy to navigate, and I received my order with free shipping within 2 days of purchase. I will be shopping here again! (I also submitted the wrong size initially and the chat service helped me very quickly get that modified - that's an exception as normally the chat feature for websites I've shopped with is slow and not very helpful)
With how expensive the Ulla Johnson brand is, I would think more care would be put into the shipping of a nice dress. It arrived very wrinkled, like someone just threw it in the box, with no other packaging to protect it.
I have had good experience with their items I've bought, had to return some and or exchange for another size, but they are good to work with. I would recommend them over a lot of other sites that do sell junk for a lot of money. Revolve has good quality clothing!

I ordered a Frankie's Bikinis bathing suit from Revolve on 1/5 with 2 day shipping for a trip to Mexico starting 1/11. The tracking claimed the suit would be here Monday 1/9. It's now Tuesday, no sign of the bikini and tracking says it was shipped to Arizona. Wtf?! Needless to say I'll be leaving for my trip tomorrow with no bathing suit. I called customer service and they simply said "there is nothing we can do for you. If you no longer want the bathing suit, refuse the package." Thanks a lot Revolve, your 2 day shipping is on point! HA

I made a large order of mostly summer dresses prior to my honeymoon in Italy. The dresses arrived to Australia very promptly, 3-5days but they were not as advertised. Poor quality, different colours from advertised. I sent it back and was charged $65 for return shipping which they would not refund. Very very disappointed
Will never purchase from this store again.
Placed an order + tracking with shipping so that it arrives quickly. After waiting for my shipment to arrive, I found out that it was on hold. I got in touch with customer service and was told that it will arrive within the next two days which it hadn't. I didn't even get a full refund.
