The service was offered as free, then you charged me $24, which I paid & then noticed in the small print that you would be charging me $24/month until I cancelled the service. This grift is ugly & I will be cancelling immediately. I won't recommend you ever to anyone.

I really like this better than other programs online. I tried a competitor on Friday and it was kind of frustrating and I didn't enjoy the templates as much as these. Hopefully it's a lucky charm!

Don't advertise yourself as a free service if your service is only partially free and then blocked by a paywall. Be upfront with customers, FIRST, that they have to pay for the resume after working on it for so long. Your business model is shady but hey, anything for that check, right?

The fact that it said I didnt have to pay and then charged me at the end is a joke, Especially when I watched a Youtube video saying it didnt is disingenuous.
I will be paying for the trial and better not have issues cancelling.
