Due to Airport overnight delays I went into in search of a hotel for the night. Jeremy was very cordial and helpful in taking the time to search for a hotel close to the Airport. After a long and stressful day I really appreciated his support, understanding and kindness.

Dinzen came through and did a great job of getting me out of the mess and waste of time I encountered with attempting to make a simple reservation at a Louisville Embassy Suites property where we have stayed many times. First online and then in several phone calls I ended up with incorrect pending charges and credits to my AmEx from different reservations agents. Price and accommodations availability were varied. Pending transactions appeared on my AmEx account, but in several calls directly to the hotel they advised no reservation for me existed. Dinzen made my reservation at the hotel for me and AmEx is making sure I don't get double booked and charged. Not a good experience except for Dinzen who deserves an "A+".

The agent was very pleasant and thorough with booking the reservation. I was very disappointed with the rate because it was $100.00 more than what was stated online. She said that it wasn't updated. I accepted with disappointment since I wanted to stay nearby the concert location. I stayed there last year and was pleased. The agent was great and just doing her job.

Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!
Answer: Yes, this company charges a fee, which it will not refund even if you cancel your reservation within minutes!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
