The items arrived on time for an affordable price. They were easy enough to install and worked find.
Great delivery and notifications. However, we received the wrong part even after giving the make, model and serial numbers of the washing machine. After tearing apart the machine and placing the new part we discovered the ball bearings in the new part were wrong. Extremely frustrated we just went and bought a new washer. Lesson learned!
I verified my model number with customer service and order the gasket. It does not fit cannot be applied to my unit. And returning it in unused condition.The

A simple regular USPS envelope would have cost around $3 would have made more sense

Talk to customer service, rude& no help.The product was suppose to increase flow, but did exactly what the last pump did. I use the product on a brand new pump, so I would get the best results, I wish I could return, sense I only used it on a dyno test, and it fell flat at top end over 4500rpms
Parts are great, fast shipping. Usually around 2 or 3 days. Only thing is I wish there was more documentation with some parts, like the tub seal I ordered. I guess there is documentation online and YouTube videos. The carburetor I ordered for my lawn mower worked great. In all cases, the prices are half the price the price or more than what other sites are asking, and no ridiculous shipping costs.
New in the box. Wife says the washer is quieter than the first day we bought it. The washer is quiet and running great. It helps to clean all the drum prior to reinstall which you may not get that type of service with a professional just replacing the bearing of you want to shell out 500.00 for a professional.
I ordered a pump kit for my helm pump and paid for expedited shipping ($34). I will never purchase anything from them again. Their service is terrible! Kit was lighter than a letter! Really? $34 shipping?

Before ordering the necessary parts to replace the bearings in my Kenmore washing machine I called to checked when my parts would ship after order was placed. I was informed the order would ship out that afternoon is ordered within the hour. The order was shipped that day and everything fit perfectly like it was supposed to.
Was hesitant to order from the site, but considering the GUARANTEED delivery date, i did anyway. I ordered bearings for a piece of equipment that had a job to do the day after the GUARANTEED delivery date. But lo and behold a week later, they have yet to arrive. I had to over night a new set through an auto parts store, and pay twice just to make sure the job got done by schedule. So this set will be going directly back to replacement kits for a refund if it ever arrives. First and last order for sure.

Bought parts, got good deal partly to do with it was a kit. I only needed two bearings out of the kit. The kit though was cheaper than it was to buy the bearings individually here.
So one of the bearings ended up being wrong so i called customer service and check it out... someone answered the phone. Then on top of that they immediately sent out the right bearing, then on top of that they refunded all of the kit that I didnt need and just charged me for the two bearings once i returned the rest of the kit to them, so all said and done I got two quality bearings for 20 when local here they are 45 a piece.
On top of that they sent return label and package to send back in.
I have way to many kids to not appreciate a good deal.

Got time today to see if the Impeller I had ordered was the correct one. IT WAS, it works great, got one motor running again and will be pumping that rain water again. VERY PLEASED with the fast service and turn around! The kit has sufficient items in it for a couple pumps and I have three. So I can make sure I have at least two running. THANK you for the service.

Ordered replacement bearings for our Whirlpool Cabrio Washer. They cost $28 shipped to my door and it only took 2-days to receive them. I replaced the bearings and we are back in business!
The repair kit was great, not available on other sites so it saved us a lot of money buying just this kit instead of a whole rear drum. It arrived quickly and our washing machine now works correctly.
The job of changing the bearings on a front load washer is too time consuming to use questionable parts. I searched for the best bearings available and found them here.
The outer bearing and seal are the correct size but the inner bearing ID is the wrong size for the machine I have. Ended up having to order the bearing separately from another source. My machine is a Whirlpool Duet GHW9100LQ1. The bearing I ending buying is 35x62x14 which fits.
