Redbubble decides to send me an extra unsolicited, unpurchased magnet with my order. This has happened both times I have made a purchase. This magnet is very negative and hateful in nature. Instead of taking this opportunity to send light, peace, joy and love to make this world a better place, they decide to send hate. I will not use this company again and am so very disappointed in them. I was initially extremely excited about this company. Please spread peace and love and not hateful views. Thank you.

Very bad quality shirts

Print is just plain bad compared to website. Material is thin. All goe ratings related on site are lies. Bought 3 shirts and I was shocked at the quality. Even Uniqlo prints better shirts at cheaper prices

Took over a month to get a response and my products from redbubble. The only reason i gave them 3 stars is because they were kind enough to resend my 60$ dollar order. There customer service sucks! However they have really awesome stuff!

There was a time when I thought my artistic talent is going to waste. I was looking for authentic art pieces that are not sold en masse. For some artists like me, finding a place to market their artworks can be hard. We cannot set up a gallery that easy as it will require time, effort and, of course, money. To buyers, frequenting galleries can also be daunting as it would require them to allot precious time and effort in going to-and-from the place.
With redbubble.com, both of my needs were answered. For artists, graphic designers and other creative thinkers like us, this is one place where you can simply sign-up and market our wares.
Shoppers like us would really find it a delightful thing that so many options for shopping are actually available there. You should check out this site when you have a chance. You'll enjoy it there!

They haven't kept me updated on my delivery times. It's been over 2-3 weeks now. I've contacted them and they say to write back if I don't receive it by the 21st... it's the 22nd. How pathetic is this? Never doing business with this company ever again. Also, where's my sticker? This is such a corrupt company... read people's reviews.

Ordered a hoodie and was pleased with the quality. I don't usually order clothing online because I am skeptical about the quality. This was made well, washed well, wears nicely - sizing is accurate. Will definitely get some T's too.

Ordered a mug which arrived damaged. Got in contact with customer service. Very quick response, helpful and friendly. Replaced it free of charge and shipped out. Arrived in perfect condition. I have absolutely no hesitation to keep purchasing. It's nice to know there are decent online businesses, and this is one of them.

Horrible service! They didn't allow me to enter delivery address; instead, they automatically used the address from my paypal. I immediately tried changing address on their change of address form and it doesn't work! No live agent to chat with. The bot gave me some form to change address and, after i filled it in, i received an email that the address has been changed. However, they still shipped to the old address! Now my gift is not going to USA, where its supposed to go, but back to me in bulgaria. I contacted their facebook page and someone did respond to me (and was very nice) but told me this was handled already via email, so i should just wait! He couldn't do absolutely anything. It is NOT handled via email however: it has been days and no one has contacted me. Terribly frustrating. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!

The site is fairly simple to navigate and has reliable shipping information alongside quality products. They offer original artwork and cater to many fandoms within internet culture. The only reason I would not give them a five star rating is because they do not have example photos of their clothing on models.

This is the SECOND time this company has lost my package in shipping! I'm an avid online shopper and never had a missing package until shopping I started using Redbubble. I contacted customer service when I realize my package wasn't moving for four days and all they said was just wait a few more days it will come... Absolute bull$#*!! Will never be ordering from them again! Buyers beware!

I've been ordering from RedBubble for a while now, they always have the exact geeky shirts I want, and more. I've only had a problem with an order one time, and that was resolved very quickly, in a very professional manner. Amazing customer service if ever needed, great products, good quality. Overall, never had a bad experience with them.

No human contact

Their delivery service delivered my item to the wrong address because it did not arrive to mine as stated through tracking. Tried to contact redbubble through live chat. The instructions were to end chat if you didn't want to wait and they would make contact through e-mail. E-mail response time is at least 24hrs., very slow. Then they request the same info that was previously given. I believe a bot is used to handle situations where a real person would best serve a customer. Over 24hrs. Since stated delivery and no answers as of now. However, the products are good, if you actually receive them.

When I first saw all the comments and poo ratings, I was scared. I own a small business, and now I regularly buy from Redbubble. I've bought at least 50 stickers of different design, 25 scarves, 4 bags, 10 chiffon shirts, and everything I have ordered has been of high quality. Never have they ever printed incorrectly, or sent me anything but what I've ordered. Then again, I've never tried to reach customer service, but i've never had to! As an artist, they have repeatedly exceeded my expectations, and I will keep using their services so long as the production remains constant. I am grateful they offer the prices they do, seeing as I could never afford a DTG printer of my own, ($25,000+) And to Redbubble; Please keep showing customers the quality you've shown me! Every little bit counts!

I love how Americans $#*! about late deliveries. You should live in the $#*! of the world for a while, then you'd know what waiting really means.
RedBubble is fantastic. The tees I ordered arrived within the estimated time frame, the printing is great (doesn't wash out at all), and so is the quality of the clothing itself.
But you need to know how to tell a good design from a bad one. ANYBODY can sell on RB, so you can expect some of the t-shirts offered to be pixelated, poorly cropped or blurry. Just avoid those, and you'll be fine.

Redbubble has been our go-to place for shirts and other artwork around the house. Sometimes they fall a little short on the prints though. An example would be the metal Nuka Cola print I received this time, and the Vault Tec shirt. For the most part it was a clear, but smaller text or face details in some pictures come out blurry.

Other than that, I have been way satisfied with every purchase and the customer support has been awesome whenever we needed them. As long as prices stay the same, I will be a faithful customer for a long time to come!

Very Frustrated
January 31, 2021

I have ordered from Redbubble many times before however this last time has led me to be completely and utterly disappointed. I ordered a poster and stickers on December 7th 2020. My poster came 3 weeks later however my stickers have yet to be delivered as of January 31st. I have tried multiple times to track my order and find out where it is and get in touch with someone however it says that my order cannot be found. There is no way to directly contact a real human from Redbubble which makes this process so incredibly frustrating. Like I said I have used them before and everything has been great but this time has sent me over the edge. I ordered these stickers for Christmas presents and now we are a month past Christmas and almost 2 months from when I place the order. I usually would not write a bad review however at this point I have exhausted all my options. If anyone knows what I can do please please please let me know!

Awesome t-shirts, fast delivery, & fabulous service! It's now a tradition to buy my husband and son matching RB shirts because they LOVE them every time! Great quality cotton with unique designs! They wore them to Comicpalooza and were stopped constantly with "Where did you get those shirts?!" Thanks RB!

I ordered t shirts from them.
I didn't expect them to take 3 weeks to turn up!
I paid in pounds so was (naively?) not expecting it to come from the USA, which it does if you look into it.
Now it has turned up they want me to pay £15 customs charge!
They do not mention that anywhere obvious.

I will stay well away from that website from now on.

Amazing As Always

I always buy tough phone cases from here and they are simply the best. I've never had to buy a new one because they were broke, only for a new phone or I just wanted something different. The tough cases hold up every stupid drop I make. And the design I pick always comes out beautiful! Thank you for taking someone's art and turning it into a functional masterpiece!
