I have had the pleasure of working at ReachLocal for over 5 years, having come from an extensive background in advertising management. When I started, I was struck by the fact that I had never seen advertising campaigns works so quickly and effectively for customers with measurable results! To this day, I still see this, as well as sustainable performance for customers over the years as their businesses grow. Proof of that is the 95% retention we have enjoyed in our San Jose region since 2012!

Your results are none existant not only because of the landing page issue but more importantly that only 40% of what you belive you are getting in google advertising is really being spent. Reach Local keep over 60% of the entire budget. Don't believe me this is how you check. Inset detail. Imc's are glorified car salesmen and have no idea how to optimise a ppc campaign, the reach local platform does not allow it the only concern is that the spend the entire budget so they can take 60% for themselves. It is virtually impossible to get twice the leads by setting up your own campaign even if you have no skills.

Total scam! Complete ripoff. Don't waste one dime. $6k wasted. All I wanted was a decent website. So the website was good. But a good website sitting in cyberspace on page 30 doesn't get calls from customers. It attracts nothing but salespeople who know your site needs help. I fell for the reachededge seo product for $800 plus $200 for the website@ $1000/ month total. I was getting better exposure from 29prime for less than $130/month! Why did I do it? Because I was blinded by the great sales pitch. If they had actually provided the service I thought I was getting I wouldn't be on here. But they totally mismanaged my account. From day one I was being lied to about everything. They claimed that they would manage google, yahoo, bing, plus 70 plus other listing sites. I didn't realize that they only claim your Google plus page and the rest is a yext product which is nothing more that a bunch of free listings which I already had in triplicate through yext as well as 29 prime. The copywrighting was ok but everything else sucked from the personell on down. Basically I had Ferrari website that was missing the engine. After 2 months of constant complaining and slogging through campaign manager after campaign manager and them totally leaving my account fallow for the majority of the time, they finally terminate my contract and tell me they won't charge me anything else but that a refund was not approved. We'll see about that. Don't waste one cent on these crooks!

Signed up and used them for 6 months at 2k a month. They mirror your site so they can monitor clicks and record calls to your site. I found some value in the phone recordings initially but they bug the tar out of you to rate "so they can improve your standing". First problem was I went 4 months without them recording the calls. Sales rep was nice but blamed her techies on the non recording. I managed my own adwords for a year before bringing them on. RL's results were about 10% more costly than mine. I understand they mark up the clicks fairly substantially. One of my issues was putting me on "partner sites". They say the clicks were cheap, less than $. 25 each. Well, that just lowers the overall cost of their clicks for comparative purposes! I finally dumped them after the contract. I still get calls from the rep saying I'm going to be sorry I left them just when their proprietary algorithm was gathering enough data to really help me take off. I think its bull$#*! personally. They will not share their search terms saying its proprietary. So, at the end of the day when you fire them you have nothing to show for it. Your history, your search terms, anything that can help you formulate a new plan is none of your business - even though you paid for it. I'm back to my own adwords account with a person managing it for me for a 20% fee. Better feedback, better results. I just wish I had my $12k back.
