Brady Benzley of Reach Local has been wonderful to work with. He has walked me through every step and been extremely patient with my many delays. Our website is perfect and I love being able to track the new business we have received because of it. The phone call taking system has also been very helpful, even though i want for it at first. Anyone looking for help in digitally marketing their business, big or small, Brady at Reach Local is amazing.
Brady makes sure that my social media is optimized and he lets nothing slip through the cracks. I can spend my time being a doctor and never need to worry about my website, SEO, Facebook, etc. This level of professionalism and trust I have with Brady is uncommon and very valuable.
My first few interactions with Reach Local was via phone with their very kind and consistent, representative Brady. During our first conversation, I told him I would never hire him. Despite my ongoing intent of questioning his abilities and my conscious journey to drag him through a million questions to add to my own SEO research, I made sure to continue to remind him I wasn't going to work with him. He stayed confident while providing me with knowledge of our companys online presence and after weeks of follow up he convinced me to meet with him to review all he had to offer. Despite my prior statement I hired! The urgency of all those working on my SEO campaign to get to work done and provide real data and evidence of improvement is refreshing. I truly believe as a business owner I have seen how many people just want to take from our business. Offering advertising with little or no return can be an endless parade of vendors out to sell you a service that does nothing positive for the bottom line. Brady has always shown up in a way that has added value to our company and he continues to bring value to the table as we build and expand. We are excited to see continued results and mostly excited drag Brady along the way.

I've used a bunch of marketing services that quickly turn you over to an automated service and you never speak to a real person again. Not so with Brady at Reach Local. He has been fantastic to work with, he knows his stuff and he's always willing to bend over backwards to help me succeed. I feel I have a real partner in building my marketing machine.
Increased our amount of service calls, made up for the cost of using reach locals fees within 2 weeks of them helping us. Using them did pay for itself.

We have been using ReachLocal for almost 3 years now. They do offer a variety of services which I find to be very helpful. For me, the selling point for ReachLocal is not their excellent track record, but it is the fact that they have a local rep, Nicholas in my area with whom I can meet whenever I need help. Nicholas is very knowledgeable and he has always been extremely helpful to me in implementing new ideas.
Nick is great to work with. Reach Local has every product you need to get your business booming! Great help with the redesigning our website and suggesting things I didn't even know existed
My experience with Reachlocal & my Rep Nick Klarich has been nothing short than exceptional. Reachlocal has a great reporting platform to show results and communication Is very detailed and prompt. If I had to say anything negative is that some of our payment/invoicing has been difficult at times, but they have done their best to resolve and answer our questions

She is extremely attentive and she listens to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. This company is fraud all they do is take your money and rip you off and thats what they did with me and just to make sure no ones had to go through what we went through i will be filing complaint with BBB and i will also leave reviews on yelp and i will send our emails to my local conpanys in area just wanna share my experience that i had with this company STAY AWAY GUYS
