Ralph Lauren apparel is worth its price. I like this brand for its simple stylish design and high-quality material. Mostly I buy at stores but recently tried out online shopping. The service is great and I am totally satisfied with my order.
I went into the store in Yorkdale mall and the workers were extremely racist towards me. As a paying costumer I feel very offended and very disappointed I've never felt so humiliated in my life. DO BETTER
Spent £160 on TShirts that never arrived (UPS left them on the doorstep for anyone to help themselves too). Was told to wait 14 "Business" days for a reply. Received no reply, no refund and no TShirts.
The amount of money RL charge v the service they provide is a disgrace. This is compounded by previous experiences of wrong items delivered and shirts with rips in!
Ordered boots online and the next day they went on sale. When I called to ask for an adjustment, I was not even done asking when the rep. Was already giving me the credit.
Now, that's good customer service.
They are in my "favorites".
Good job, Ralph Lauren.
Ralph Lauren is the ONLY retailer I've returned an item to, who hasn't refunded my money within 2 days of receipt of a $600 pair of jeans. It's going on 9 days and I still haven't received a refund. They can take my full payment at purchase, but they're in no hurry to let go of the money. For this reason, I don't intend to purchase from them again. I must say though, their customer service representative "Brittany" was very nice. Since the COVID crisis began, shopping online is a popular option and unfortunately, you cannot try on clothes in advance for proper fit so they have to be returned.
Ralph Lauren hatched a wonderful idea some years ago: A line of clothing and home fashions that reflected the style of the well-born class in the US. At its inception and for some years thereafter his entire line was classic and just beautiful. He even had a line of furniture and paint.
Then as this "look" dispersed within the consumer culture, his iconic style took a dive.
All of a sudden his loose fitting and easy going boxy cuts became tight and cheesy... and his polo emblem was enlarged (as was Izod's classic little alligator). Tacky.
Ralph had such a wonderful concept and his boutiques were dreamy... it is such a shame that he started to design for and pander to the masses.
It's heyday a 5... now it is a 3... which averages to a mediocre 4, I suppose.
Our important purpose is to supply fine consequences and we've got results, so we've got come right here many times and find fantastic guide for our paintings and we're a fan of this lovely internet site.
They say they have free returns, but when we tried to return one of the ordered items, we could not get a free USPS return label. After a little angst, they firmly stated the "UPS Ground label" they provided would work. Well, it didn't. However, when I called them back they quickly resolved the issue with the free return to my satisfaction.
I've been a lauren customer for over 20 years now and I have remained a happy customer. Every item, especially clothing has lasted many years of washing. The price point is expensive, but the quality is the best around. I will continue to buy lauren for many years to come.
I order a jacket for my spouse. It go delivered on time. Someone stole it off my porch. I called Ralph Lauren and they saved the day! They replaced the jacket, paid for expedited shipping and gave me a 15% discount for my inconvenience! I can't thank them enough!
You be the judge, this is what their website says regarding exchanges:
- Buy Online, Pickup In Store and Ship to Store orders are not eligible for exchanges, but can be returned in-store or by mail via our online returns process.
- PayPal, Afterpay, or Amazon Pay orders are not eligible for exchanges, and can only be returned by mail via our online returns process.
- Orders placed using Klarna cannot be returned to Ralph Lauren, Polo Ralph Lauren, or Double RL stores. Klarna orders must be returned by mail via our online returns process. If an exchanged item is not received, a new Klarna order will be created and a charge will apply.
After reading that, basically if you use any method other than just providing your credit card on their website, you cannot exchange. So if you use paypal for convenience, you cannot exchange something. That's silly considering Paypal is one of the most common forms of payment when purchasing items online. At that point, why even say you offer exchanges. I bought a sweater on Black Friday, got sale price plus 40% off and free shipping. The sweater arrived, and it's a bit too small already for a Medium, and I'm definitely worried it will shrink once I wash it once. Therefore, I was going to exchange it for a Large, but apparently I am unable. I haven't tried reaching out to their support to try and resolve, but this was upsetting. I should be able to exchange an item at the same price, especially if it's in stock at the store. That said, I can't be too mad considering they will allow me to return everything, even if it's on a time crunch.
Disappointed though, I liked the sweater and deal I got. I'll be reaching out to their support to see if there is any other way to resolve this, but for now, not too satisfied considering the price of their clothing.
Based on the name, I was thrilled to get a RL down coat on sale late last year. Although it was marked down, I still happily paid a pretty penny for it. Imagine my surprise, when I noticed that some of the threads had begun to snap and come apart. I've only just started wearing it!
In any case, a friend who sews and who is studying to be a seamstress took a look and declared it to be cheap thread that was used. Really!? Again. Not a cheap coat! I should also mention that I purchased it at a quality store - not one where I would expect a knock off. No more RL for me!
I purchased 3 custom Ralph Lauren collard polo Shirts paid for rush shipping and they still did not arrive for on time. Received shirts the material is so thin that I had to double check to make sure the site I have ordered from at least 3 other times was legit. If I hold the polo up to the light you can see right through it. SMH just to think I spent $150 per shirt. No returns on custom orders so I am stuck with them. Last purchase RL What happened to Quality! This is Ridiculous
I would rate it 0 if i could
I tried to reach out on several occasions for assistance and never got any helpful information. I guess Ralph lauren can afford to treat their customers this way
I bought a floor lamp cost 500+ without lamp shade delivered. The customer assistance promise to ship out a new one after retaining the revised address.
However, they didn't retain the lamp shade that I bought, nor did they inform me this product is going to be discontinued. After knowing that I am a foreigner, and the item has been shipped overseas. Returning may cost me even more than the price I bought the lamp. They still insist on returning for credit; otherwise, there's no refund/partial refund.
I bought recently 2 items none of the colors where anywhere close to the ones on picture so I called customer service and was told to ship back using the return label and I will have shipping cost compensated due to improper color description. The credit came minus $10.00 for shipping back because I used their return shipping label. Wow. Doesn't make sense at all.
I am writing to express my complete frustration and aggravation that I experienced with Ralph Lauren customer service (or non-service) after being a loyal customer for forty five years. As a consequence, I will buy Ralph Lauren products again. I wrote about a $900 leather jacket that was failing pockets were falling off after little use. They never responded. Weeks later I wrote again. No response. The third time they wrote back asking for info, I sent it along with photos They wrote someone will respond in ten days. They did not. I wrote again same 10-day response. Every time I wrote, I received answers that indicated they did not read the prior emails. Enough I said I will stay away, and encourage others to do the same.
Jacket was too large so I returned it speedily and now discover that having paid a large sum of money my credit will have taken 6 weeks to be returned to my debit card. Advice shop instore and do not purchase anything unless you are sure. Whole experience has been appalling.
Ralphlauren.com claimed to have delivered the full package. However, there were missing items and they refused to refund or re-deliver, instead insisting on complete innocence. Customer service was completely useless and incompetent. Do not buy or buy at your own risk. A total scam, AVOID.
I've paid for my order 10 days ago, the delivery has been promissed to be within 1-3 days. But in fact I still didn't get anything... and of course no response from them, after I claimed to clarify situation. I never met such beastliness ever... think, even in deep Africa you will be able to get better service...
Answer: I wrote a letter following their directions exactly and they sent back my item and said they couldn't find my account even though I explicitly said the item was a gift. I would never order from them and hope I never receive a gift from them again. I don't think it's a a scam I just think they suck. Try the BBB and/or the International Trade Commission. I just gave my stupid scarf to Goodwill.
