Every time you shop you should use Ebates. The cash back is wonderful. The company is awesome. They automatically send the checks four times a year and they do it on time all the time. Customer service is wonderful. They answer your Inquiries almost immediately and they have solved every issue for me right away. I never shop online without going thru Ebates first. I do most of my shopping online & it is mostly because of ebates. Between the cash back that you get and the coupon codes they give you that save you even more money, It can't be beat

I bought a toy for my son for Christmas over a month ago. The company sent out some type of plastic inexpensive credit card holder instead. I attempted to contact the company through phone calls, surveys & emails. Not once did I get a response. The toy never came. Luckily I paid through paypal and I filed a dispute and they eventually credited me. I would not order anything on this website. Beware!

I've been using Ebates for just over a year. I am always so pleased to get a rebate (in the form of cash back), especially for merchants who never offer a deal, just by using Ebates. It is super easy to use and for every online purchase I make, I get a check in the mail a few times a year. For the rare occasional hiccup that sometimes can occur, I get the absolute best customer support. It's always a real person, not automated response. They are super friend and quick to help me out. BUYERS BEWARE! Friends, do NOT buy from Rakuten. I bought a TV ($1200) on Black Friday 2014, they charged my card a few days later and my Rakuten online account updated to "Status: Shipped." It is now December 19, I have emailed twice with no response, I never received an email with shipping/tracking details, and I never received the TV. I am now disputing with AMEX. So no TV and now I get to pay a higher price since Black Friday sales are over. RAKUTEN SUCKS!

I purchased a DS4 controller via Rakuten from Shopto, I paid on the 8th Dec, it was supposedly dispatched on the 10th, It still hasn't arrived. I contacted Rakuten via their customers services (a misnomer if ever there was one) and received an automated reply promising a response in 24 hours, 72 hours later and still no response.

Once Rakuten have your money, they are not in the least interested, this was my first experience buying through them, needless to say it will also be my last.

I would avoid using Rakuten, at any cost.

Ebates has been a fantastic find! I've only recently heard about it, and now that I know about it - I'm already racking up my savings! I love this because 1. It's incredibly easy, especially because I can just link it up to my PayPal account 2. I'm getting things I would already purchase anyway, so it just saves me money 3. The times they have increased cash back offers, savings have been great and lastly, any interaction that I've had with someone from Ebates has been informative and efficiently helpful, whether via email or even when inquiring within the site. I look forward to using Ebates services as well as getting friends to join.
