I had a "big fat check" that we had tried to cash using our bank's "mobile" checking. The app with our bank said that this check did not go through, so we intended to cash it in person, but my husband forgot to follow up. We found it today and it was expired, so we emailed asking if the check could be re-issued.
Ebates's (Seth) response was extremely quick and they stated that the check had actually been cashed and had the date it went through. With this info, I was able to check our account and see that the check DID, in fact, go through. I am so appreciative of the time that Seth took in responding and with how extremely prompt and thorough he was! Thank you so much!
Excellent cash back site. They always ensure you get your cash back from purchases as advertised. May take a bit long sometimes to update but they honour their end every time and I appreciate that. Customer service is good as well very polite, thorough and helpful. Highly recommended if you shop online often.

I ordered a cologne on this site and it arrived defective. Over a month has gone by and nobody has answered my request to replace it after contacting customer service. It's like nobody is there.
I recently purchased a 3 piece luggage set from http://luggage411.shop.rakuten.com/about.html?RDCSTabIndex=5 on 12/1/2014 and subsequently decided to return the luggage, because it was just not exactly what I had expected. I called luggage America (the warehouse shipping facility) located in Carson Calif in order to get a return authorization number, which they gave me. I shipped the luggage back using priority mail at an additional cost of $38 to me. The luggage arrived back at their warehouse on 12/12/2014, and I requested a receiver signature with the shipment - thank goodness. I followed up with several telephone calls to a Mr. Vincent Kim who seemed fairly nice, and he indicated that that the folks at http://luggage411.shop.rakuten.com/about.html?RDCSTabIndex=5 were a good client and that they will take care of the return. A couple of weeks went by with no return so I called Mr. Kim again, and this time he asked when was the item returned, who received it, and what was the tracking number. I supplied him with date of return, the shipment was received by a J Lee, and I also gave him a JPEG copy of the tracking number paper work. He said he would take care of it. I called Luggage America back several more times and got transferred from person to person without any results at all. By this time I am realizing that no one there has any real sense of customer service and that my return is not going to happen, even though a great return policy is posted on the http://luggage411.shop.rakuten.com/about.html?RDCSTabIndex=5 website. Finally after a month I called Chase Bank Customer service, explained to them the situation with all of the information and tracking number, and within 1.5 hours they had executed a charge back to luggage411. Luggage411 gets a zero rating for "Customer No Service" and Chase Bank gets a 10 in "Customer Service" from me. Buyer BEWARE when dealing with luggage411 because I would not personally ever recommend Luggage411 to anyone.

I rarely, if ever, have any problems with Ebates.com, but on the two occasions that I've written; one regarding a missing credit and the other regarding the Refer-A-Friend program, the response has been incredibly swift and positive. Customer Service took care of my missing credit immediately, and explained the procedure for the Refer-A-Friend program when I had the first opportunity to participate in the program. Ebates.com is one of the best sites on the Internet today. I have personally received over $1,000 in rebates since joining the site and think everyone should use them!

I have probably just experienced the best customer service ever, to include both online and in-store shopping. After encountering a couple minor issues with the refer-a-friend bonus program and cash back credit after shopping, I emailed customer service to report the issue. I had made a purchase from Macy's.com during Cyber Monday and hadn't received my cash back. I put in a ticket with eBates and, as usual, they credited my account immediately; however, it was for the current cash back rate and not the promotional rate that was offered at the time of my order. Within 24 hours I was contacted and after a few emails back and forth, they adjusted my account to reflect the higher cash back amount.
