The app is really cool, but I wish you could design more items like coffee cups, sun glasses and hats. And also I would want shoes to come in all sizes!
I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to create the custom apparel that I wanted on the RageOn! Website. I wasnt met with broken tools and programs with a steep learning curve that makes other websites stressful to use. They make it very easy to find out which size photos will look good on the product you are customizing, which made me feel very confident that I would get exactly what I wanted. I was contacted by a member of the company while I was considering my purchase and I felt like that was a very nice personal touch. Production and shipping times seemed fair and the product I received was high quality materials and printing.
I messaged the facebook page to ask for help, and they answered in less than 10ish minutes and helped completely! Very nice people!
RageOn has one of the largest, most diverse stores to choose from as far as prints for hoodies. Many great designs you just wouldn't see anywhere else, I appreciate a varied selection that isn't just a name brand logo slapped on a piece of clothing - RageOn gear has personality!

Initially there was a problem with our order which was very time specific as it was the shirt my fiancé was supposed to wear for our wedding. We were pretty upset and thought it wasn't going to happen. Fortunately after a few emails, Edwin (an amazing customer service person) picked up the dropped ball and ran with it all the way to the finish line. We received the shirt 4 days before the wedding and it was perfect. We were so grateful that someone cared enough to follow through. They probably need to work on production issues so this doesn't happen to others, but in the end it was a raging success. Now that's the way to do business!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, We ordered a group of shirts from the company back in April and when Ten day mark passed all my friends received their finished product and I did not get mine yet. When I reached out to thier service center they did not help at all. They said they would escalate the issue to production and never heard a word back from the company. I had to escalate the issue through Pay Pal to get my money back, extremely unprofessional, extremely horrible service and DO NOT keep their turn around promise.

The website is easy to move around in and the merchandise is quite unique. The item I ordered arrived within the time frame posted and it meets or exceeds all of my expectations
I was looking to get some t-shirts for a bachelorette party and after reading all of the Production/Shipping timelines, I placed two separate orders WELL in advance of when I would need them. The first order was placed on 3/26 and the second was placed on 4/3.
As of today, MAY 1ST, I have received neither order.
I reached out to Customer Service via email (don't try to call them because it automatically goes to a pre-recorded voicemail that states they don't answer the phone) on 4/23. The CS rep responded saying that he had to check with the Production team on the status of the orders. On 4/24, he replied giving me a tracking number for my first number (ok, great it says delivery by 4/30) and then continued to dodge and evade, telling me he had not heard back from Production on the second order.
For the following week, after several daily back and forth emails with the CS rep, I continued to get the same response that he was "checking and waiting to hear back from Production."
On 4/30, I finally gave up and said that it appears that my second order was never sent to Production and at this point I would just like a full refund. Interestingly enough, I received a response almost immediately telling me to expect a full refund on the second order in 2-4 business days.
Here I thought the saga with this terrible company was over; however, when I went to check on my first order, I checked the tracking and it said it was delivered as of 4/30. However, it was delivered to a mailbox in Philadelphia, PA. My order was to New York, NY. I'm inclined to believe that the first order was never sent to Production either and I was given someone else's tracking number.
Conclusion: Go some where else. It'll be less of a headache.
I absolutely loved my experience! Not only were the products better quality than I expected, but shipping was quick and customer service was a breeze!
Not only were these guys timely in getting me my first test print, the quality was fantastic. Anyone that got blurry prints probably just didn't supply a high quality enough graphic. Additionally, Michael and their customer service team have been extremely responsive throughout the entire process. Cheers!

Unique designs and great customer service. The All Hail Marx & Lennon shirt is hard to find but RageOn! Offered it.
Shirts are great quality but can be a little expensive and shipping took nearly a month when originally quoted 7-10 days.
I ordered an ultra-premium shirt (just a little more expensive than the regular shirts), and the material and printing are greatit looks exactly like the picture and feels great.
Fast response to my emails and receiving my shirts quality of the shirt I will be ordering more shirts in the future

Answer: I have been buying from RageOn since 2018 and I have received every order I've made. The orders used to take about 5-7 days before they shipped. In 2020 orders are taking longer to ship because of production delays caused by Covid-19. My last purchase was in July 2020. I received an email from RageOn warning me about production delays shortly after I made the order in July. It was a good thing that RageOn warned me about production delays so that I could prepare myself to be patient. The order took more than 1 month to ship, but I received the order in August and I'm happy with it.

Try using your own personal Facebook page to let everyone know what products you are offering. Make sure to stay consistent with your posts!
