Absolutely wonderful people running the customer service department of this company. Alicia in particular is an extremely helpful person who got back to me within 24 hours. They answer my questions fully and even waved my shipping fee because of a delay in shipment. Great experience and wish more companies had customer service like Rage On.
The quality of them fabric that they print on is great, I bought my first sort from them a while ago and just as they promise the shirt has never lost its color and it has never cracked, peeled, or faded in any way. The fabric is soft to the touch and has a very comfortable feeling to it making it suitable to wear in any weather condition.
They also have excellent customer service which is hard to come by. Their team was very helpful in keeping me updated on my order and answered my questions very quickly. Overall, RageOn exceeded my expectations exponentially.

I dont typically order from websites because of past experiences that were disastrous, so I ordered one t-shirt because I didnt want to be upset about spending a lot of money in case something goes wrong, well two months later and I still have not received my order.
These great reviews that I have been reading are obviously fake because there are no live (RageOn team) people to talk to. You only have a dummy email to write to, that sends out generic responses. $45 for the shirt looks like a donation at this point. Glad I went with my gut instead of spending a lot at once.

I needed a tank top for a trip. Due to a mail delay, it wasnt gonna make it in time. The team at Rage On had an extra one and they rushed it to me ASAP and it was perfect!
My order was taking forever and I was not receiving updates until Edwin Hernando kept me informed and confident I had a partner helping me to rectify my problem.

The clothes are good quality, look exactly like the pictures, and we got so many compliments on how great they looked! Definitely worth the price. Plus, I didnt realize how soon I needed the products and requested to expedite shipping. Customer service responded within 12 hours and the following day my package was ordered to be shipped. I was able to receive shipping without paying extra and received it on time for the event.
Ordered a month ago and they still have not shipped it. Customer service is useless and there's nobody you can call and actually talk to. There is a $8 restocking fee if you decide to cancel the order because you want your swim trunks before the water freezes.
If you are an artist or illustrator RageOn's a great way to get your artwork on to clothing, which hasn't really been possible so easily before now. The website and uploading the designs is well designed and easy to use, and the clothes look great! Everyone asks me "Where did you get that?" "Oh, I designed it myself!" I tell them, thanks to RageOn!

I received very prompt customer service which helped me with underwear sizing so I could buy a pair quickly. I wanted them for my boyfriends birthday whuch is not too far away so it was important that I buy them asap and was able to make a number of communications quickly on messenger. They have a great range of products which helped with finding the perfect gift!

Answer: I have been buying from RageOn since 2018 and I have received every order I've made. The orders used to take about 5-7 days before they shipped. In 2020 orders are taking longer to ship because of production delays caused by Covid-19. My last purchase was in July 2020. I received an email from RageOn warning me about production delays shortly after I made the order in July. It was a good thing that RageOn warned me about production delays so that I could prepare myself to be patient. The order took more than 1 month to ship, but I received the order in August and I'm happy with it.
