As a tradesmen (CCTV Installation) I use Quotatis and noticed some good leads coming threw in my area, when you accept you pay anything from £24 to £37 when you contact the client they 1. Don't answer or return your calls 2. When you make contact and do a survey ( all at your expenses and time) the customer are not obliged to make use of your service and you never hear from them again, I am not a pushy salesmen and accept NO as NO, at first I put it all down to bad luck but when you use Quotatis for more than 10 leads and paid the prise and still make no sale then you start to wonder were these leads are coming from and how many actually take up any of the other CCTV installers offers or quotes
I have just used the services of Smiths Property Care, Warrington and I am so glad that I found this company! Mr Smith provided me with an extremely competitive quote, was timely, professional and most importantly has done an excellent job. His attention to detail is impressive and even corrected imperfections done by a very well known company from years earlier!
I can not recommend Smiths Property Care enough - they will undoubtedly be my "go to" company for any services I need for my property. Excellent job!

I used JN Home Improvements to clear out my guttering and clean the fascia boards. I was impressed by the speed with which they carried out the work following first contact, and the efficiency they displayed in completing the work. I will certainly use them again.

Have rarely written a review. Put in my details to get 4 quotes for boiler replacement. No response ( thank god after reading these reviews) within 48 hours. Rang there customer service line, no answer ( left it ringing whilst doing a few jobs) left it ringing 15 minutes. Just came on to warn people against trying to save time with these people. No reputable tradesperson would surely be involved with these people

Used the site as a tradesman. The leads are all dead and the price is too expensive and the staff are a joke. Do not get involved with these horrible people.

Shoddy unprofessional experience from start to finish and quotatis staff don't care at all - even hanging the phone up on you!
Unbelievably rubbish!
After reading about Quotatis on their website it seemed the ideal way to find a professional quality tree specialist. They say they regularly check quality of tradesmen's work and as part of due diligence on my part that meant a lot. They gave me three named tradesmen who would quote. In fact more than that called me, and had different names. The work agreed was to remove a dead tree. Day one, the guy arrived and left two guys who didn't speak English with no tools. Eventually I had to give them a lift to the station to get home. Day two, the tree was cut but (I found the next day) most of it dumped in a public wood behind my garden. Day three and I get calls saying that these "workmen" have not been paid and threatening to come and dump stuff on my drive if I don't pay more as they haven't been paid by the main guy. I called Police and haven't answered the phone to anyone since. I wish I had never looked at Quotatis.
