Purchased high end kitchen faucet. After 5 years i had a leak in one of the components. Called quality bath and was helped by Tammy who was able to get me free replacements parts under warranty at not cost to me. Highly recommend!

I will mention that I contacted two of the three listed online that could help me get a lower price. They did not return my calls. Therefore I would just call the 800 number to begin with.

At final stage of Remodeling kitchen I originally ordered (same) sink from Lowe's. They had to order directly thru manufacturer - Blanco. Long story short, delivery time was delayed several times. I searched online for companys that had sink in stock. Thank goodness I found Quality Bath. They had it and listed the specs to confirm it would fit in my cabinet. The rep, Dov, was exceptionally helpful and understood my need for a speedy delivery. He said (probably) 3-4 business days delivery time- he did better than that. Ordered Fri, got it on Monday! Super happy he was able to deliver so quickly. He was kind enough to ask if I wanted the drain (as it was not included) and sink rack. Thanks a bunch, Dov, for saving me from Shopping for this separately. BTW - price was $40-50 less than Lowe's.

Competitive prices, combined with knowledgeable sales team and reliable customer service make this a great group to buy from. We stumbled across this website several years ago when remodeling bathrooms and could not be more pleased. When remodeling our kitchen, we ordered the wrong size faucet which they swapped without question. This group provides the first class customer service level not necessarily found in the Boston area higher end bathroom and kitchen showrooms so why shop anywhere else

After much research online, we purchased a fire clay sink for our kitchen remodeling project. They had the best product at the best price and promptly answered all of our questions. Purchase was even shipped directly to our contractor for coordination with the counter-tops as requested. They came through on everything they promised. We purchased all of our kitchen/pantry and bathroom hardware (sinks, soaking tub, vanity, faucets, toilets, hooks, towel bars, etc.) for our new project. Josh helped me with the selection and processing of the order. He was professional, courteous, and always available either by phone or email to answer any inquiries had. It was a big project and Quality Bath held onto ALL of the materials until we needed them. And as promised, various parts of the order were delivered at different stages. I am extremely satisfied with our purchase. The items are all wrapped nicely and shipped with tracking. Super thankful to Josh for all his help!

My husband and I own a small plumbing company, and I had an issue with a Grohe shower trim ordered by one of our clients through Quality Bath. I emailed in about my concern and was lucky enough to have Frieda respond. The issue ended up spanning over a month, but every time a new hiccup arose Frieda was courteous, attentive and detail oriented. She made me feel heard and in the end was able to address all my concerns. Wish more companies had customer service employees like her!

QualityBath had great pricing (and free shipping!) on the kitchen sink I wanted. It shipped and arrived quickly after my order was placed. They were very clear that you should closely inspect the delivery and any issues with products needed to be reported within 24 hours of receipt. I did find that there was an issue with one of the enclosed drains so I contacted them w/in the 24 hours and they immediately took care of the issue and had a replacement drain shipped out to me to rectify it. Very responsive customer service experience! Will buy from them again as I have other needs.

Working from a QualityBath order completed three years ago, Sol worked through my remodel design issue (mistake!) to help me solve something that has been driving me crazy since the original install years ago. He ended up contacting the manufacture to arrange for a custom replacement part on my behalf and promptly get the part ordered. I should have done this at the original install and not keep hoping the error will look better as I aged. Good job Sol!
