Pupvote is a nice idea. However I don't believe people should be able to pay for their pet to win. I real contest would be based on votes earned, not votes paid for. As for the site itself, it seems to run smoothly.
The concept to this site is good, you can have a lot of fun but at the same time you have to be careful as votes do cost. What I don't appreciate is people who enter the contest and win multiple times. I don't believe this is fair play especially when it's made known that they want to give "everyone a chance to win" but allow the same few people to win and re-enter the next new contest when I have to wait 12 weeks?! Now THAT is not FAIR...
Hi Claudia, thanks for your feedback and review. Please note that all TOP 3 winners in the main contest are not allowed to enter again for the next 12 weeks, so we can give different pets the chance to win one of our prizes. Regarding the votes, we offer our users many free voting options besides the vote boosts, as well as Tournaments, where there are no paid votes at all! The winner there gets chosen by the users on the site in the Judge&Earn section.
How can a dog with no voted next second?
How can a dog go from zero votes to thousands of supposed random votes in a day?
Only dogs with paid for votes won, and how do we know they're not fake profiles? Where's the money going to? How do we know it's feeding animals at all?
They just want you to get hooked on it to pay for votes thinking you'll have a chance to win money.
Not convinced? See my entry, I refuse to buy bids and I'll bet anything you like we won't win a thing. Not that winnings important. But if the site were more credible it would be more fun.

I think this is a fantastic idea and I think it's very good for people with mental health issues as well. Thank you so much for adding my pup on your contest as well!
Thank you for your review Colleen!
Nothing is clear on the contest and i think is a mafia how they pick at the winner, it should be by popular demand and not for the one who buy more votes, It looks more like a dictatorship than a democracy
Hi Javier, thank you for the review! You can always reach out to us if you have any questions about the contests. The winner gets picked based on how many votes they get on the site and this can be followed on the Leaderboard. We have the paid voting option available, so we have the chance to support pets in need around the world in our Votes4Food program. Also, for all users who do not want to purchase vote boosts, we have Tournamenst, where there are no paid votes and the winner gets chosen by the users on the site in the Judge&Earn section.
I love the concept but why pay for votes? Where is the money going? Any proof that it goes to pet society that needs help for food? And price is so little. If you pay $500 for votes you only get $450 for a cat? But for dogs are like 1000$ more. Doesnt make sense. Why cant it be equal? Whats the difference? EXPLAIN pupvote.com
Dont be greedy!
Hi Chi, thank you for your review! You can find more information about our Votes4Food program on the site or on our Instagram page. Regarding your other question, the difference in prizes comes from the fact that there are less pets participating in the cat contests compared to the dogs one.
It's a good idea but with having to pay for votes for your pets to win is kinda sad. Although donating food is a good idea. Maybe every vote a pet food should get donated instead of having to pay for it.
Hi Tessa, thank you for your comment! Besides the free vote every 10 mins, we do allow people to purchase vote boosts for a small fee. The money generated by this is donated to various causes around the world in our Votes4Food program. Having a paid option is the only way we can raise funds for these important causes.
After spending quite a bit myself and my family for votes and friends who voted daily. There was just over a minute left to vote and we were ahead by 2,500 votes. I attempted to buy more votes to insure our win and the contest page froze and I was not able to. A quick flash showed the other person had bought votes and passed us slightly to win. A coincidence? I don't think so. I was told this was a "ripoff" but didn't believe it. Until this happened. I'm not a sore loser, just disappointed to be scammed.
Hi Trudy,
I'm very sorry to hear you had a bad experience in the contest. I cannot find your name anywhere as a participant in any of our previous contest rounds. Were you voting for someone else? Can you please send me an email at melanie@pupvote.com so I can look at what happened. We do not block anyone from purchasing or voting in the last hour of the contest, but I'd like to look into what happened.
Each winner has to be verified to receive their prize, to make sure they are a real person.
Best regards,
Melanie
The current leader for this month is not a real person's dog. It's a dog that Pupvote has put up themselves. Just early yesterday the dog was not even in the top 20 and now it's had almost 200,000 votes in 1 day not to mention the pic is photoshopped. Pupvote's replies to bad reviews is sickening, they ignore most things in bad reviews. This is not a contest, it's rigged up to make innocent people spend money on votes, just study the patterns. A real person will be in front for weeks then fake profile dogs from Pupvote will suddenly be in front after their votes are artificially inflated by Pupvote. The entire contest is corrupt and Pupvote must be taken down and stopped from fleecing money from people.
This is a great way for me to showcase my baby Darla. I am always taking pictures of her. So ti. E giving this opportunity to showcase my Darla I appreciate it.
Thank you Faiyh!
I've only been part of this site for couple days, but I absolutely love it. It's great that I can enter my princess into contests based on cuteness. Every animal on here is adorable though so hard to choose.

I have not been on this site long and already getting great compliments and rating. My puppy is so small most think its a kitten or that it looks like a baby lamb. Being able to show him off makes me smile.

I think this is a wonderful website, allowing people to share pictures of their pets and receive votes but also gives the opportunity for food to be donated. They are really good at communicating with you when you receive comments or votes. Great and fun platform!

I happened to find this site on Facebook and knew I had an awesome photo of my cat that my daughter took when she first got interested in photography. I am loving the fact that other people can appreciate her photography and how cute our cat Olly is.

It's so cute how they have a website where you can sign your pet up for little contests. I never thought something like that existed so when I found out about it I had to sign Martini up right away cause he is very very cute and I think he would get a lot of votes. So far very pleasantly pleased with this website.
We are thrilled to hear that you enjoy being part of Pupvote's community! Thank you for the review Eren!

We are bound by stricts contest rules and regulations, and we need to verify the identity of the winners and ownership of the pet before processing the prizes. Once this is done, we process the prize payments using the services of TransferWise. If you have any additional questions, feel free to email me at melanie@pupvote.com.

All winners go through a verification process once they have won a prize in one of our contests, as we need to verify their identity and that they are the owners of the pet they participated with. Once this is done, we process the prizes within around 21-30 days after verification. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at any time!
Answer: Hi Debra, thank you for your question. You can win a voting coupon if your pet ends up in the TOP 3 in the regions contests or from place 4-50 in the country contest. You can see the respective amount for each of the places when you go to the Leaderboard.
Answer: Hi Nina, thanks for your question! You can type the name of the pet you are looking for in the seach box on the site.

Answer: Hi Goda, thanks for your question. The coupons are awarded automatically by the system at the end of the contest. You can find the coupon when you go to the profile of the pet you want to vote for, click on Vote for Pet and then select Coupons. Please note that you have one month to use it and that we allow the use of only 1 coupon per pet per contest to prevent fraud.
Hi Sama, thank you for your review! Besides the free vote every 10 mins, we do allow people to purchase vote boosts for a small fee. The money generated by this is donated to various causes around the world in our Votes4Food program. Having a paid option for people who don't spend so much time on the site voting or recruiting their friends is the only way we can raise funds for these important causes.
