I am new to Pupvote and find this site very distasteful there needs to be major changes it's rigged in a way your only a winner if you have a lot of money.

The concept I like and is so sweet seeing everyone's animals having said that I will note my experience and what I have noticed.

Weekly and monthly challenge unless you have a lot of money to pay for your votes your not winning

Paid tournaments what I found out is many contestants create multiple emails to vote for their own pet so they have a better chance at winning top 3

I uploaded many pictures to the site in the beginning and used the pictures in paid tournaments which cost a lot of money
However I didn't know the monthly contest all the pictures were in the contests which is not allowed so instead of removing me from the contest because to many pictures were in the contest they deleted my photos from the site
The problem is that these pictures I used in paid tournaments and were at higher levels because you start at the bottom of the tournaments ranks and have to move up so I spent a lot of money on some of these pictures that now are deleted.
They could of just removed me from the contest and not remove the pictures.

I did complain and the customer service is awful I don't expect any resolution and it's unacceptable that my photos were all deleted specially the ones I paid in all the tournaments.

This site needs many improvements in all areas and it would be fun if the right people were running it as it's not fair at all and with being a newbie I spent 200 already but in a short time realized how awfully this site is ran.

If you have money and willing to spend a lot you will do great!

It's unfortunate for the people that don't want to spend a lot of money and just want to have some fun with a chance of winning but that will never happen!

The site has so many inconsistencies that need to be fixed and people are only given 1 vote to vote which is ridiculous it's set up in a way that it's all about the money.

The site itself needs improvements to be more user friendly there is a few bugs on it and they definitely can make adjustments.

I am completely disheartened by this site and question it's true intentions and If the money is used as it says.

The best thing about this site are the animals and seeing how cute each pet is.

I would 100% recommend a different site to use and any money spent I would instead donate it to your local shelter.

This site is a complete disappointment and I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
