The title of my review says it all. Place order on 4/10/25 and it is now 5/5/25 and have not received. Emails back and forth telling me it will be shipped by UPS and when I place tracking number, UPS claims they haven't received the product' Today I sent email requesting to cancel and refund my money. Guess what? NO RESPONSE. Bank is filing dispute with company with copy of email trail. Please, please do not deal with Pulsetto. Don't walk RUN!
It took around six months to receive and after using it for a few weeks they updated the app which doesn't work with my Pulsetto.
They do not have a phone number so I emailed support who asked some inane obvious questions then stopped responding. I have emailed them about 15 times more with no response. Bad, bad service, avoid them.
I ordered the product on 4/8. I asked for my order to be canceled on 5/12. They sent an email on 5/16 saying it has shipped already. It was shipped on 5/15.
There is a return policy of 21 days. I sent them several emails asking how to return (first one on 5/30) and they haven't responded at all. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge.
Stay away from this company. I would not risk doing business with a company that treats customers so poorly.
But I bought the Pulsetto gadget and it really forced me to just sit down and take a timeout. Basically, it feels like putting a pair of headphones on your neck, and after thirty seconds you forget it's there. You just drift into this perfect calmness.
I'll put my hand up and say I was one of the first users, I got in there early! And, yeah, I'm really happy I found Pulsetto. I had major problems with anxiety and stress and Pulsetto made me relax and just be with myself.
