Not good. When scheduling my exam, I added a test exam to my cart for $24.95. However I can't access the test exam and customer service hasn't been able to help. Unnecessary stress and hassle when my focus should be studying.

Easy to navigate and will be nice to take a test that is very similar to the upcoming real E2 exam
Did not receive links for practice exams, i called for assistance and they could not assist me. Told me to send an email that would take 24-48hr response. I take my actual exam in less than 24 hrs

Program seems cheap and the content of the practice questions are not great. Need more on drawings and venting and drains
