As I noted, I was a bit confused by the imprint location/color section...this was my comment upon placing my order. Within one hour customer service had contacted me and confirmed the details of my order, and within the day had sent me the mock-up of the imprint. I could not be happier. I felt my small order was given the highest priority: you cant beat that.

This woman has the best customer service skills I have encountered in a long time. She is patient, interested in her customers and what they have to say, she goes the extra mile in suggesting creative things, she follows-up, she is overall amazing. She is why I am now a PromtionPros.com customer. If American businesses could find ways to clone Hillary Danaher, their profits would soar.
