I searched the website for a significant amount of time trying to find a button that would allow me to change the price to Canadian dollars. After an unsuccessful search for this button I assumed that it was in Canadian dollars as the shipping details states Canada before changing it. On top of the ridiculous $50 shipping fee I received a bill of $330 to my account rather than the stated $250. When the dress arrived I was very upset to see that the important details in this dress including a clasp to ensure it stays up was not given as stated it would. In addition to these problems, I was promised a Sephora $10 e-gift card however I did not receive this either. The customer support stated that they would address this problem and get back to me however this was several days ago and I had originally ordered the dress about two weeks ago. I will be attending another prom next year and I can promise that it will not be from this website.

Beautiful dress; nice quality material; the rhinestones on the flower area is a nice touch; I'm having more added to the waist area during alterations to bring some bling to the top. Fits true to size. Processed and received within one week of ordering. The clasps at the neckline were not very secure and one fell off while trying on the dress - will have it replaced during alterations as well.

I have ordered two times from this company. First time great service, shipping and dress! Second time was a nightmare! My daughter ordered a $400.00 prom dress from this site and when the dress arrived it had a huge hole in it! So we call and they do not have a replacement dress to send, so I had to take the refund they promised me they would give AFTER they received the dress back. I shipped it on the 4th and it is now the 18th they have not even began to process the return as of today! I now have over $800.00 dollars in a prom dress because I had to go ahead and purchase a replacement dress! I have never seen such bad customer relations! They do not inspect their products, then charge me for it and make me wait WEEKS for a refund. Never again!
Dress was a little larger on top then we were expecting but we were able to alter it to work. Material of the dress was very pretty and seemed to be good quality. Received dress when expected. All expectations were met.
I ordered a pink prom dress for $99. I was not expecting it to be as high of quality as it ended up being. The dress came within 2-3 days after ordering which was nice. The only complaint I have about the dress is the straps seem kind of weak, and I am very weary about them tearing since they are only mesh. Other than that, the dress is beautiful and I look forward to wearing it this weekend!
My daughter just loved the colors and bling on the dress. She loved it even more when she put it on it fit her like a glove. She looks gorgeous in it. She is so excited she can't wait to wear it to Prom. We will be using Prom Girl for prom next year and any events in between that.

I did my measurements and had it size me. It said I was a medium but only because is was between sizes. All my measurements fit the small except for I think my hips which are a the same as the medium size but I have a small bust and waist so I decided to go with the small. The bust area is still slightly loose under the bra area and in the middle. Otherwise the dress fit so well, it was really long. I am 54 and with a 4-5inch heel I still had to get it hemmed and took about 2-3 inches off in alterations. The dress is so pretty in person and I love it! The color is more of a darkish burgundy red so the picture is a little off but not by too much. Also the straps and back where the gold Lacey fabric is sheer but otherwise it is exactly like the picture. Also, it came with an extra piece of fabric like the skirt in the shape of a scarf to cover your shoulders which was nice. Im definitely impressed with the speed to which it was delivered, about a week, and the quality of the dress is lovely. Thank you Prom Girl!

I ordered my prom dress on a Wednesday and got it on Monday! I thought it would take weeks. The dress was perfect.
I initially got a size medium which fit me a little snug I have never had to return a dress before in my life by shipping it back and going through the exchange process but they were there to guide me all the way to make sure the process was smooth. I got the size I needed and Im absolutely in love with the dress its so much better in person!
I was so happy when I got a dress from Promgirl. However, the dress did not fit me so I returned it. I was going to order a new one but the policy says I have to wait 5-10 business days for the store credit to process so I can order a different dress. This is really inconvenient and now Im just stuck. I just wanted to exchange the dress for one of the same price but I have to choose a refund or store credit that cannot be processed in a very timely manner. Im very disappointed and am afraid that I will not be able to order the new dress in time for when I need it.
The store credit can take 5-10 business days to be available from when it is received back to us. If you do not want to wait, you can go ahead and place a new order. When we receive your return you can be issued a refund for the price of the item instead. A restocking fee would not be charged if you have a new order for an item of equal or greater value. Please contact us with both order numbers if you choose this option instead of waiting for the store credit!

This "older transaction" is from March of THIS YEAR. There is no reason why a refund could not be issued to my credit card other than they want to keep the $$. Even if only a partial amount was returned it would show they were trying. Again, BE 100% before ordering from here bc you won't get a refund
The older transaction referred to is from your original order from 9/30/16. Because this is over a year and a half old, that store credit amount cannot be refunded. An exception has been made to activate the store credit from that order and refund the difference paid per our policy. This was done today, 4/13, and it can take your bank up to 2-5 business days to process the refund request.
Return policy says free for store credit, good for 5 years, or refund with 10% restocking fee. Just returned, got store credit but changed my mind and want refund. They WILL NOT issue my refund, bc the transaction is "too old". That's not in the policy ANYWHERE. Thanks * (customer service rep)
