I will never do business with this company again. I have worked with other online businesses before but their return policy sucks. ALL the tags and dress was placed back in the bag that it was sent to us. My daughter just tried it on and it was too big for her and of course I missed the 7 day return policy. They told me to take pictures and send it and still denied me my return. LESSON LEARNED! PromGirl SUCKS

Promgirl really surprised me with how quickly my dress was delivered! Also the fabric and quality of my dress is amazing so much better than expected! It got true to size which I find is an issue with other companies. My only problem was that my dress seemed to be made for someone abundantly blessed up top, instead of the "average size" though that's nothing that a quick alteration can't fix... Though the price did put me off at first I can tell that the product was really worth it! Thank you promgirl!

I appreciate your automated response that still did not address my issue. The fact that you do not sell this dress anymore is not my problem. The fact that it states I can get in store credit on the website and was on a card in the box with the dress, is my issue. I wanted in store credit for a future dress. The fact that you said "we try to make exceptions" shows it's not based on policy but based on who answers the phone. I didn't buy a $50 shirt, it's a $200 dress! I could complain about the fit like others did but my issue far out weighs that.

I ordered a navy blue dress for my 11 year old daughter for a middle school formal. She is very petitte and I ordered xs. While it did need to be altered to fit her (which we were expecting), the dress itself was very well made, very true to the picture on the website, and the shipping was outstanding! We received the dress 2 days after ordering. I was very pleased with the quality.
Everyone loved the dress. We did attached clear straps so my daughter would not have to tug on it all night to stay up. It fit like a glove and very stunning.

I ordered a dress and it turned out to be 3 sizes too big. I requested a return shipping label the day the dress came in and never received one. I called customer service at 4pm on a Tuesday and the machine said they were closed. Before telling me they were closed, it said they're open 8am-11pm.My prom is soon and I don't have any more time to wait on them.

The size chart is very off, I normally wear a size 12 but I ordered a size 16 (3XL) and it fit perfect. The shipping had some problems but I after contacting the site I got my dress within 7 days. The dress is very gorgeous and fits well. Good quality as well, super excited for my senior prom!

Usually wear a 3, but the size chart told me to order a 5 due to my waist size (26") and I figured I'd need to get it tailored shorter bc I'm 5'2". Dress came and fit perfectly, the waist band was tighter than I wanted so I returned it for the next size up. Fits better, easy return and shipping. Good site overall. Dresses look much better in person than they do in the pictures.
