I bid and won an auction item on Pristine site. Then a discerning problem arose. It was NOT a problem with the Pristine company but with a individual consigner. When I notified the customer service dept of the problem, the response was unbelievable, The apology happened immediately but the entire customer service dept made it their priority to make the problem right. They worked out a solution that was agreeable to me and did it with professionalism and courtesy. I'm a Canadian Citizen who has tried the site for the 1st time. I got my item within 3 weeks, but was a little surprised when I got my Jersey. It was a knockoff, but I wasn't overly disappointed as it only cost me roughly $80 CDN. Just be careful when ordering as my Winning Bid was $29.95 USD And it ended up being $50.25 USD when Shipping &Insurance was tacked on, plus $17 CDN(Customs /Duty). I'll use again in the near Future.
