I bid on and won, what I was lead to believe was a jersey. What I received was a cheap knockoff shirt. It is so cheap that you can see through it. The frame is flimsy and very cheap.

I reached out to customer service and was given a legal response. With a "you get what you get". I was made aware of the fact that your company has a team that is advised and trained on how to properly list an item so that it is deceiving to the buyer, yet will protect pristineacution.com from any recourse. I was told by their customer service rep that I was stuck with what I bought. Other major auction sites have returns and satisfaction guarantees.

Prices are good here and for a reason. Stay away or be very careful on what you are bidding on.

I received some coins as a gift from my son a while back and then had to put some things in storage. When I was able to retrieve my things I didn't have any idea what the coins were (due to the fact that one was from the 1600s and one from the1800s). All I had was the item numbers. I reached out to pristine auctions via email and was quickly responded to by Mary. Not only did she provide me with detailed information, she also sent me the paperwork to go with them. This was by far the best customer service experience that I have ever had. I would recommend this company to anyone. Once again way to go Mary! You rock!

When buying a mystery box certain sellers are more reliable and sell a decent product that are worth purchasing as long as you dont overbid. I was very pleased with my mystery boxes from TTC and Icon especially the Icon they slabbed cards that could be in the box were all displayed and the extra cards with the slab were actually quality cards that was a pleasant surprise. However the box I purchased from Showtime was a huge disappointment. The cards they selected to add to the box were all trash throwaways. It was overall a waste of money. Overall Pristine Auction as a whole has been great to work with. They even credited me for shipping costs by bundling my purchases and everything shipped in safe and secure packaging.

My account was hacked customer service takes forever to respond to your emails. Can't get any help to send item back for a refund. Overpriced inconsiderate people and business

I've won a few auctions on there before. But the last time I bid with 20 seconds to go they added 10 mins to the auction. I was like wtf. Then the second auction I was bidding on did the same thing. Shady asf!

I've purchased quite a bite in the past few years from Pristine. For the most part in terms of the products I've purchased the quality of the autographs are good. I did have three bad experiences with products. One was a Montana jersey with the wrong COA attached; 2) A hockey jersey with an autograph which was completely smeared; and 3) an incorrect listing of what I received. The Montana jersey really pissed me off because the JSA sticker and COA did not match. At the time no one had offered a refund on the product at all. I phoned JSA and they basically told me the jersey was worthless if both did not match. I was stuck with a jersey that had no real value. I eventually sold it for less than half what I paid. They sent me a Pristine LOA which was a xerox copy of the ad (worthless). I bid on items almost everyday, and I'm still really bitter about that purchase.

On October 29th, I won an auction of sports cards. I did the my bank info and address right after I won the auction. Now its November 2nd and I have email ed twice and still nothing. The amount already came out of my bank account as of October 31st.

I am a big time fan. Great items. Really easy to navigate through. Customer Service is tops as well. I have recommended to others and were very glad that I did.

I really enjoy your online auction... you make it easy to do and with $1 starting bids it gives you a chance to win whichever item you wish to bid on... my only problem is there is so many good items to bid on I sometimes bid on more then I should... its awesome good job Pristine... but one thing I would like to be able to do is after winning items i would like to sometimes pay for half the items one day and the rest a couple days after... but it makes you pay for the whole lot at once... i would like to be able to split the items and pay some one day and some another... and maybe you can but I haven't figured it out... but over all great aution site and great items and service. I give it 5 stars easy thank you.

Major bait and switch alert people. See pictures. Can't trust this place. Look how blotchy the signature is on the jersey I received. The name plate is completely different also.
