I recieved my tires 6 days late. FedEx lost one of the tires labels and never delivered them... Had to request the pick up up from the center. Kept trying to reach out to you guys by phone but no answer could not leave a voicemail mailbox was full and sent you guys emails when no replies.

I Truly Dislike when i call a company, and i'm waiting on the phone for 37 Min. At a time. And never spoke with a live person. No Return calls, upon leaving messages. I'm in sales. This company could incure a lot more Revenue. Just by simply answering the phone. SIMPLE PROCESS. Only reason i purchased from this company, your competitor had bad reviews with the BBB.and consumers. And they were $24 cheaper. We'll see how it goes. That's the reason for my review. Thank You.
