Good tires good price
The price was excellent, it was easy to order and with this virus going on I was given a due date but it arrived before the date given which was a big plus for me. The tire is of very good quality, it rides excellent and it looks marvelous on my truck. It's been a pleasure doing business with your company and when I need more tires I know who to go to and that's your company!

I ordered some tires on the 30th of April, they were supposed to be delivered on 5-2-2020, they didn't come until 5-3-2020 which was fine, but the fed ex driver left them outside on a busy street and the tires were stolen before I could retrieve them. I called fed ex and priority tires and reported the tires stolen. Ok wait 24-48 hours for us to investigate right? Ok so I do that and call fed ex back after 3 days and they say they refund priority tires and it's out of my hands... So now I call priority back and ask for my 400$ refund and they say I still have to wait another 7-10 business days for them to hear back from fed ex... My point to them is... You guys hired fed ex as your shipper not me, I'm not willing to wait for you and fed ex to quarrel it out to receive my refund. I bought tires from you and you have my 400$ and I have nothing. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager because this guy had an attitude like it's his money, he proceeds to tell me that nobody is available to speak to me they're all in meetings! That's BS... Give me my money back!

Do not purchase tires from them. We ordered four tires and only received three. I called them and they told me that we would have to send in a claim to the carrier. They told me that if the claim was denied then I would be out a tire and the money. They acted like they could care less. Luckily I was able to track down the tire without their help at all and it is being delivered to me today. I will never ever order tires from them ever again! They have the worst customer service ever!
We must say that we immediately assisted you by asking for more information, contacting FedEx multiple times and starting two separate investigations. When FedEx says they delivered something, it's only natural for us to want to figure out where the issue happened and try to retrieve the apparently lost Tire. We explained everything to you and promised you help. In times like this where FedEx is backed-up and traffic for them and us is extremely high, any action we can take is delayed but we still tried our best to resolve your issue.

We do apologize, but FedEx has confirmed that they safely delivered the Tires to your Address! It is always up to the driver to determine how best to deliver, especially in cases like this where you did not request a Signature for the delivery.
They certainly did not refund us or anything of the sorts, quite the opposite, they repeated that they delivered to your Address as requested. Since FedEx maintains successful delivery, we have no choice but to start an investigation to try and disprove them per your request. As we promised, we will try to resolve this for you!
