The process was easy and straightforward. They verified the mock up before they went to print and made an adjustment to make sure none of my words were cut off my sticker. I will definitely purchase again. I'm thinking of going one size up 4 x 4, but the 3x3 is working for me for now.

I ordered 100 Photo magnets from them. When I received them they were not professional quality. I could see white marks on the edges. I called them up and their customer service was great. They asked me to send pictures to them, which I did and they said that they will print it again. This time I was expecting a better quality of the magnets. The new batch was slightly better than the first one but still not up to the mark. It still looks very poor quality. There are white marks on the edges.

I ordered bookmarks from PrintRunner. I noticed that they were off-centered. I notified PrintRunner and they replied, asked me if I wanted my money back, a store credit, or the job redone. I chose to have them redo the job. They arrived shortly after my request and they were perfect. They stand by their product and services and were so easy to deal with to correct this issue.
We ordered plastic cards and they are barley thicker than the average business card. They are cheap and we cant use them. However, I really like the design and the print itself is good. We will continue to print our plastic cards at Vista Print though.
I have very satified in the past will all my orders. However, this last time I had an issues & the communication has been lacking. I have reached out several times for a status update after they requested the return of the misprinted products & now I am getting ghosted.
The flyers I received were really bad quality starting with the edges, colors, letters, the picture within the flyer looked distorted. I called requesting a refund, and they declined it. The representative was extremely rude, she said "you approved the work" I approved the measurements, not a blurry distorted flyer. I explained to her that another company was able to print quality flyers using the same template & she said "we don't compare our work" of course they won't because it's horrible quality. Do not use this company unless you want mediocre work. This is what I received, and they refused to give me a refund. I paid a lot of money for flyers that are trash now. I will put this all over social media because companies like this shouldn't be ripping people off.
Print runner is awful. They took two weeks to send a print approval to my email before printing. This caused the labels to run late. Instead of recognizing their mistake and making it right they charged me $170 to overnight the postcards. Once the postcards arrived, 90 cards were missing and they will not print more without having a photo of the shipping box. I do not have a photo as the postcards are sent to a fufillment center and they destroyed the box. It's 90 postcards that probably costs the company 1 cent to make and they will not fix their mistake. My company has been a customer of print runner for 5 years, but I will never use them again.

My first call for help reached a man who seemed new and inexperienced. He didn't know how to help me and didn't suggest alternatives, but he tried. Somehow the call was lost and I called back. This time I reached a woman who was very helpful and gave me an alternative that worked out perfectly. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived in a week, much shorter time than I was told or expected.
We made an order for our family small business during this cover pandemic, we paid over 1k for stickers and they arrived missing elements of the images and they will not refund or reprint. They wear you down with email after email requesting the same photo over and over again. All this after a discount was promised from the beginning and never received. Horrible horrible company to deal with. Spend more elsewhere it's not worth the time or worry.

I ordered 2,000 matte stickers. They came to me with a very shiny finish. They told me that they would send me samples of other products to see if any of them would work. Those samples never came. They told me that I could send them about 30 stickers for review of the finish, but would only guarantee a fraction of a rebate. They get you caught up on so many phone calls and emails that you just get frustrated with them jerking your chain.

I made an order, stickers and they delivered totally out of line when I opened a complaint with pictures and everything else they opened a "call" and claimed that they had sent me an email that I did not respond to. Lie! With that excuse they just stole my money. They are not. Reliable at all and the quality is horrible. Look at the picture what we bought versus and what they delivered. Totally poor quality and wrong. Simply a shame for this company

What ever you do, go with a different company. I ordered a small batch of labels which they got wrong 3 times. When I called about a refund they proposed a refund process that required me to do work. They insisted that I pack them up and send the labels back.
When they get your order wrong, the refund process takes up to 2 weeks for the money to be returned to your account.
Customer service people lie and are rude! I hope people see this before they order!

For show displays, fabric banners are incredibly forgiving. I can wad them up and through them in the car when it's time to pack up, and they never crease. Printrunner remains my sole go-to for fast and attractive fabric banners.
Terrible customer service, terrible site, bait and switch pricing. I wanted simple 1 color window envelopes. They took the order and my money, but then said that price was only for non window. Then they wanted TRIPLE the price for window envelops.
We ordered Vinyl stickers with our company Logo and info for an event that we have coming up. The stickers arrived quickly and look amazing! The prices were awesome compared to other companies we checked and the print quality is outstanding. We did ask for a digital proof and while our Art was camera ready they had to do a bit of tweaking to get it to fit perfectly! I appreciated the small but impactful tweaks! I grew up with my dad running a large printshop in CO so I know what goes into making a good print job and they did an excellent job with these! I will be back for other promo products in the future. My only "Concern" is that after I approved the Proof I heard NOTHING back! No shipping info (I found that on my order on the site) but nothing from Proof approval till they were in my mailbox a week later, then requests for review. That would be my only problem, but it's not a big problem!

We have confirmed that after proof approval, you should not receive any email notifications until your order ships. Once your order ships, you should receive an email. Sometimes, these emails can get blocked or end up in spam folders.

Answer: I actually did an experiment. I ordered 3 sets of stickers from 3 different places. Printrunner had the worst performance.
Answer: They will print your stickers, but the quality may be questionable and they will not make your concerns a priority! Watch out for fees!
