Nice, except it took 2 months to receive. Very frustrating!
The actual size of the mirror is larger than what it showed on the editing page, so it turned out some would have blank spots around the corner. I ordered 10 customized compact mirrors; around 2 or 3 of them were hard to open and 1 was too tight to open.
40 days from ordering with RUSH fee paid, still no idea where my order is. Customer service is abysmal. I cannot get resolution in any form, email, chat, phone, or the so called customer service agent Joey that replies on Trustpilot. At least 15/40 calendars I did receive were defective. (Still waiting on the final 10 ordered). I am unable to fulfill orders placed for a small animal rescue fundraiser or even give people an estimate of when they might get their orders. This has greatly impacted our fundraising during the only time we have to sell calendars, as now it is January and the window of opportunity is gone. We are now 35 calendars less sold than past years because I do not have them in hand. Plus more that are ordered that I cannot fill. That was a lot of money that would have helped with our extensive vet bills. I have personally put so much time and effort into trying to communicate with this company, at the expense of my own sleep and health, and time spent with my family at the holidays because I am trying to deal with Printerpix. HOURS spent waiting on the phone, on chat, composing emails...
I am furious with this company, their lack of regard for customers, the poor quality of product, no restitution or offer to reprint the defective calendars despite being reassured by a chat agent over a month ago that it is 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Time to involve the BBB and see if I can get any help that way. I'm not confident, as Printerpix has 140 complaints and counting...
Do not buy from this company. Zero customer service. I paid a lot for a premium quality photobook, not only was it not premium quality, the first 30 pages of my book were someone else's photos! Have tried contacting them but no reply. I posted a review on another site, which they have posted on, yet still no correspondence regarding my actual order. My advice, steer well clear!
Shipping was way higher once I entered my Groupon. Nosupport received when asked about how to correct. Actual canvas was thinner on side edges than expected, though that may be published as a spec and I missed it. Would like to see better customer service
After weeks of back and forth trying to figure out where my order was, they said my order was delayed due to a quality issue. However, someone who follows my farm page (from another state) reached out saying she has my photos. The company still refused to give me a refund.
Among other things,the picture I submitted to be done as a metal print was of a bright red/orange sunset. The picture I received has a yellow Sunset. I will never order from, nor recommend, this company again. Money wasted.
Worse experience I've ever encountered. Web site doesn't allow me to delete items from shopping cart. Tried several time to place an order for 35 copies of one calendar. Made several telephone calls attempting to resolve the issues. Gave up! Went with another vendor who has no such problems.
I have made 3 purchases from you. In each case i had difficulty with delivery. And then the added shock of getting an invoice from Fedex for duty. - not a positive experience. Love the blankets but don't suggest you sell to Canada.
I like using the deals PrinterPix offers. I do wish there were more options for pages with more than 6 pictures. Sometimes it's hard to see if you have things lined up correctly. None of these things would keep me from using printerpix though.

First of all, I have bought a Groupon, but it would only honor one at a time. And then shipping was ridiculous. Second of all it and I added metal prints, which I had ordered before. These were not the same product. Super flimsy, and the picture is metallic versus being a metal print like I had ordered previously. Just really disappointed in the product
I was trying to place a calendar bulk order but my computer was going downhill rapidly and I had to frequently contact Printerpix for assistance. Their guidance got me to the finish line, so much so that my order was delivered days before anticipated.
I ordered a blanket of my granddaughter. Prior to this I ordered a blanket of my grandson. I thought I ordered the same one, definitely ordered the same size. My granddaughters face is a little too zoomed in, but I am glad I have both.
The books are amazing but the user experience was not the best. It was difficult to move things around and manipulate the text boxes. I'm not so happy with some pages of text because I couldn't resize or center them the way i wanted.
The shipping information was never correct on the website and no one knew where my book was until it showed up a month later. This is the second time this has happened. I will think twice before ordering from PrinterPix again.
