I ordered metal prints as a gift for a parent, allowing myself PLENTY of time to receive the order knowing the turnaround time listed on their site. After almost two weeks of hearing NOTHING, I reached out. My ticket was responded to with a very generic 'we're still working on your order' and promptly closed. When I asked more questions, the agent was clearly copying/pasting a very disengenuine 'sorry for this experience' without answering a single one of my questions. She couldn't tell me what happened with the order and refused to give me a timeline. I responded back asking for her supervisor and she promptly closed my ticket again. That happened TWICE. Me reaching out, them just closing the ticket. I got another rep who said 'there was a production glitch' and that my order would be worked on. At least I got some kind of answer. I gave it another week. I heard nothing. I again wrote back. He promised me he would put me on 1-2 day shipping due to the error. Great! At this point, the party for which the gift was just a few days away. And guess what? That's right. I still hadn't gotten an update. I emailed again. I got another very generic response 'great news - you're order's been processed!' Funny thing is I placed the order on 3/25 and at this point were in the back half April. The email said one thing, but when I did the order status check, it still said order received (not even in production let alone shipped). The next morning I did the order status check again and it said the order was processed on 3/26. Complete bollocks. I later got an email that said the order was shipped. According to what they promised it should have been in my hands (worst case scenario) 3 days later. Yeah that didn't happen. The shipping was never upgraded as promised. You would think with all these problems, they would have refunded the order. Nope. Finally, Mekail Stephen offered a $10 site credit (as if I would want to place another order with this dreadful company). UNBELIEVABLE! I still had a little fight left in me and he finally agreed to offer HALF of my shipping cost back to my credit card. How very freaking generous. They must be awfully close to a shut down because I can't see how they are in business. This has been one of the worst customer service groups I've ever dealt with.
Horrible customer service - absolutely no accountability and no one to provide answers.
