Same as most others here, I ordered based off an ad on Facebook. My paypal account was immediately charged. 3 weeks later, when I had received nothing, I started to investigate. Order still says "in process", no response from the company. Submitted a claim in PayPal for order not received, sent a message to pranaheart for a refund. Over a week later, when no response had been given by pranaheart, I escalated the dispute in PayPal. Within an hour, I received an email with a tracking number... which has never updated. I'm hoping PayPal gives my money back, but more so, I hope no one else gets taken by these scam artists!
Prana Heart does not have a responsive customer service. Finally recieved product after waiting 6 months. Supposedly shipped on 1/25. Product is not garnet, but cheap red beads.
No response from my e-mail and when I call the customer service number a recording says there are no agent to take my call... ever! But they are quick to respond to positive feed back on social sites that are probably fake reviews any way! Venting right about now. I will report them if I do not get a response. The rating is only because I can't give 0
Io ordered my bracelet and necklace on March 13, a mint later and i still don't have them! I have messages and called and left messages, finally 3 weeks ago I get an email saying it will be shipped in 5 days. I still don't have tracking info! I would not waste my money or time on this lousy web site again! I'll take my business to companies who appreciate me as a customer! The worst service i have ever had!
I ordered through a Facebook link, where they advertise heavily. When I received the bracelet it was not the product I was expecting. I sent them an email and received a response giving me permission to return for an exchange. I did, and even included an additional $5 to be sure I was sending enough for the bracelet I intended to order. I have sent five follow-up emails. This is 2/25, and UPS tracking verifies they received the return on 2/3. I can't believe they don't at least respond to my emails! The bracelet I got was nothing special. I could go to Hobby Lobby and buy the same beads for a lot less. I either want a refund or the CORRECT bracelet.
This bracelet has such appeal and I really like how it goes with a lot of my outfits. The shipping time was super late, but luckily I'm a patient person. Otherwise, I would have said some nasty things.
These guys offer a great selection for zen jewelry. I bought two different bracelets from them and love them! They help me focus on my mantra and make a nice accessory to many of my outfits. Very reasonably priced products. People have been complaining that they had problems with the shipping but I didn't have any issues at all
I love the necklace I ordered for my birthday, however it arrived much later than expected and left me very disappointed. I would definitely buy another product but only if I knew they had reliable shipping.
I'm not sure if it's real amethyst or just glass. I will say that it's very pretty, but I am a huge crystal lover and wanted to be wearing Amethyst. However, probably should have known by the less than 20 bucks price that it was probably synthetic. "created" Amethyst would have been fine because it holds the same properties. CAN'T find anything on the website about this product, only facts about amethyst. Not if this really is one. ;) Ah well.
I cannot begin to tell you how extremely pleased I am with my bracelet! Its beauty & the energy it emits bestows a tranquil, gentle peace to me throughout my day! Looking forward to purchasing another from your collection very soon!
I ordered from an ad on Facebook. Got suspicious. Tried to follow up. No response just an offer for 15% off next purchase. I don't want a discount, I just want my order. Fake company? Fraud or just incompetence? Can't believe I fell for this.
Update: it took a few weeks but the products did arrive and they were beautiful. Satisfied.
The bracelet and necklace I bought were a quality product, but did not catch my eye as much as I thought. I was still happy with it, however shipping took forever like most of the other reviews I've read about.
I bought the Natural Dark Green Stone Mala Bracelet from Pranaheart and I just love the deep green color in it. I wear it stacked alongside of my other bracelets. I would definitely order from this shop again. Could use some work on their end since it took a rather long time to actually receive the product, but overall not a bad experience.
I was one of the few on here that had few to no problems with this company. If anything, shipping took a little longer than usual but nothing out of the ordinary. The necklace looks just like it did in the online description.
Bull $#*! company! Ordered a mala bracelet, on March 9,2017, along with the rest of these unfortunate individuals, never received bracelet, or even issued a tracking number, and conveniently got the same bull $#*! again email from Anna, claiming an unusual high volume of orders, and my item was being shipped from PA.
I was really worried about my prana heart necklace not arriving (I have several mala bracelets and recently bought one of their necklaces) I have not had any complaints previously with my orders. So when the bracelet took longer than expected I contacted customer service. They were so excellent and respectful. Apparently it was just a computer software issue! They resolved the issue and got my precious beads to me at light speed. I love prana heart!
Ordered a crystal quartz mala bracelet from a Facebook ad. It took a Paypal dispute to finally get my order shipped out. In all fairness, the bracelet is beautiful and looks just like the picture in the ad. It's a mix of stone and glass beads which is what I expected for the price. Probably would not order again from this company though, far too much hassle.
Since I saw so many negative reviews here, I thought I'd add mine. I ordered last year... a necklace and a bracelet. No problems. I like them. They are a very good quality for the price. I'd come to this site to see if there were any discussions about whether the stones are real. I don't know how they could do it for the price. Anyway, I'd give my service and product 5 stars.
Order placed in July. 1 email stating they were running behind. Filed dispute with credit card late August. Whatever BS they gave to credit company, I did not get a refund and still no product in October. I can dispute further with a lot of paperwork! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Its a truly beautiful piece and I am thrilled and delighted with it. I would love to order more in different stones and likely will when my budget allows. Thank you also for the reliable service, great communication and excellent service.
