The beads I ordered have done a tremendous job at balancing me spiritually as well as physically and mentally. My mala bracelet sort of took a while to ship, which was slightly concerning at first, and I was actually quite skeptical. However, I did get in contact with their customer service department, who assured me that my bracelet was on its way. Once it was delivered I was very relieved and finally was able to enjoy my eye-catching accessory. I have actually had a few people ask me about my mala bracelet and inquire where I purchased it, so naturally I let them know of this website. I will give them the benefit of the doubt on this one since I was so satisfied with the product. I will most likely consider buying from Pranaheart again in the future.

I personally was rather skeptical at first. I had ordered my necklace from pranaheart a few weeks ago and still had not received the item in the mail. I told myself that there wasn't anything to worry about, but I finally had to see what was up. I contacted their customer service and they were extremely helpful and assured me that my product was on its way. Once it arrived, none of that seemed to matter. I was so satisfied with my beads that I have told mostly everyone of my closest friends about the site. They really are worth it and I feel like since wearing my beads my life is now more balanced then it has ever been. Dont pass up an opportunity like this, you will not regret your purchase!

Ordered and paid for my bracelet August 2. I contacted them 2 weeks later as I did not receive. They asked me to wait another week as it can sometimes take 10-15 business days. Okay, no problem - I understood so I waited. Still nothing. I contacted them yet again - and they asked that I just wait until the months end to be sure - and if I still had not received they would reissue (finally) or refund my purchase. Well, it is now September 7 and none of my emails have been answered, I have not been refunded, and I certainly have not received my purchase. Beyond disappointed. I am now opening a PayPal dispute. What a waste of time!

I cannot begin to describe how wonderful the bracelet I purchased from Pranaheart is. It did take some time to finally arrive, so shipping wasn't exactly ideal as it just kept me more and more anxious in anticipation of my item's arrival. Despite this drawback, it really is hard to complain. I identify myself as a very spiritual person and my prana heart beads allowed me to align my chi. They really have just made me feel better all around.

I also ordered on March 9 2017 and have emailed support 3 times and had the same run around excuses you see in other reviews... they took my money the next day and then nothing still 6 weeks later... I was told by an Anna via email that it was shipped April 7 and I should receive it by April 14 and still nothing... I have messaged Prana Heart on Facebook, emailed them and left a voicemail AGAIN... I will never purchase from them again. Please just send me my order and give me an update or refund my money!

Pranaheart's customer service wor ked fantastically with me! I was getting worried and a little annoyed by the length of time it was taking to receive my Mala bracelet, which I was very excited for. When I got in touch with their customer service team, they treated me wonderfully while explaining the issues they have had with being a small company with a sudden influx of orders. Some computer problems (who hasn't had those) and a small team made it really difficult to fulfill everyone's orders! When the bracelet came, it was beautiful and 100 percent worth every second I waited.

Took my money; the order confirmation has a "contact us" link that is a do-not-reply email address. I found a phone number, but it says that no operators are available to take calls and they will call you back. I tried the FB chat feature that says they are highly responsive-no response. I tried to leave a review on their FB page and it says the administrator has to review my post. I wish I would have checked this site before I ordered. Just another scam...

I placed an order on March 6th, accessed through a 'click' ad on Facebook. They tagged my credit card immediately, but now over a month later I have yet to receive my merchandise. On their web site "order lookup" it indicates that the order is "in process" and hasn't even shipped yet! I have sent them many messages through facebook, email, and phone voicemail. They have YET to resolve the problem. At this time I am moving forward and disputing the charge on my card. PranaHeart is nothing but a disappointment.
