Beware of this scam of a company. They will deliver you broken and damaged products that they will NOT cover or replace. Terrible customer service, terrible product, horrible company that should be put out of business.
Bought a 2700$ pool heater from pool warehouse. It came damaged. They will not replace or refund the product. They claim if you don't open the box and inspect item while shipping company is there they will not help.
Quick delivery and replaced damaged product in a very fast manner. Chair is great! Would recommend dealing with this company!
The pool table came with a screw sticking up thru the felt, it was seen before assembly of the legs.

Bar is amazingly well built and perfect for any home bar. I'd give 5 stars if they'd find new movers that would actually bring product inside the house, and have option to pay extra to have item placed in the home where it is needed. I had to hire additional movers to bring it inside from the garage and downstairs.
The website states that the items will leave the warehouse to be delivered in-two-to-three days. It took five-to seven days for my pool table to leave their warehouse. Because of their delay, my Christmas present to my family and friends will not make it to my home as originally stated by Pool Warehouse on time. We are all so disappointed, because we were talking smack and laughing about who was going to win our pool tournament!
I had received a confirmation that the table would be delivered on the 20th. I stayed home all day to receive it, I had a couple people lined up to help get it downstairs and set up. The table never arrived. After talking to Pool Warehouse, they said it would come the 21st; ditto everything from the 20th. Now these were two great weather days. Pool Warehouse could not get Estes movers to get my pool table to me before Christmas. I found out that they had the table about 45 minutes from my home, yet no one would deliver. They said that maybe they could deliver on the 22nd. We had a snow storm that had less than a two-inch snowfall, and freezing temperatures, no delivery.
I decided to ask them to cancel the order and just cough up the extra money and buy a more expensive table locally. Pool Warehouse said that they would do it for $725.00 in return fees for a $1200.00 pool table. "Merry Christmas. Merry Christmas, Kiss My___!" to quote Chevy Chase from Christmas Vacation. I asked if there was any compensation...pool chalk, an extra ping pong ball...anything. Crickets. So, now I have no family gift (grand kids included) Bah Humbug to Pool Warehouse. They could have told me that it would not be here before Christmas, I would have chosen a company that was honest about arrival dates. I will not be going with them for any future purchases. (They will ask for a photo to show off my pool table...oops, I can't do that until AFTER Christmas when all my family and guests have left.
So far the table has been great and a lot of fun. The removable tables are kind of heavy; don't place them on the walls; you'll need a buffer. I thought the table would be a bit heavier; it slides you when bumped…but that may be because of my floors and easy to correct. What I don't like is that the felt is showing signs of wear already. There are multiple lines in the felt, and no one has been scraping it with the stick, it's the balls. I tried brushing it with the brush included with the table, it's stiff, harsh, and does not do a good job, no problem, I ordered another one. It's really the lines and groves that have me up at arms. Other than that, the table its self if simply beautiful, although it is not as dark as shown on the website, it is still a beautiful table. I'm happy with the table and I am satisfied with my purchase. I am also glad that I ordered from the manufacturer instead of Wayfair.
The product comes in on a pallet, if you don't have a wide, unobstructed walkway, it will have to go into your garage. This baby is heavy to lift though, you will need a few people. I am not sure how difficult it is to put together, I hired someone, but they were done within an hour and no one was fussing (lOL) so I guess it was rather simple.
It's a good buy, just not the felt…I have to check to see if I get a new felt covering if it will null my warranty. Also, the chalk leaves stains, but I hope to rectify this with the new brush cleaner.
Tank lid was a perfect fit; came with decals and pressure relief valve. I would recommend this seller to if you need this part.
PoolWarehouse is amazing! We had ordered a foosball table from an online retailer that after months and months couldn't tell me where my product was. I cancelled that order and ordered a very similar quality foosball table from PoolWarehouse at 1/3 the price of the other online retailer and it was there in a matter of days. Much faster than I was expecting. Thrilled with their ordering process, delivery scheduling and personnel, and customer service. Would definitely order from them again.

Emailed them and was replied with 'yes we have it in stock, and it will ship within 2-3 business days.'
Ordered the part, and was refunded the next day due to 'out of stock'.
In my search for an Infared Sauna, I came across Pool Warehouse. Their website is simple, there was not a lot of pictures or reviews but the ones that were available seemed reliable ( no bots) from an brand I know and they had one of the best prices/shipping available. So I ordered, I didn't get any tracking updates but my Suana arrived within the time frame they had promised.
I received the part I ordered, it was the wrong part. I inquired about returning the part. Was told I had to pay for shipping, and 20-30% restocking fee. I sent the part back about 3-4 weeks ago and still haven't received a refund.
From start to finish our pool took a year to be completed. Everything did not arrive in one shipment as assumed and that was ok because we set our expectations low. With a project like installing an inground pool you should be mentally prepared to have a lot of set backs.
The was a wall and a couple braces missing from one of our shipments. No big deal, completed the ticket and they were shipped in a few weeks. YES we did make our delivery guy wait while our installer went through every single item. Offered him a drink and snacks! We had some issues along the way and every single time I reached out Chelsey W was responsive and helpful. Again, expectations were lower so I did not expect an immediate response. Every once in awhile it would take a day or 2. Not s big deal considering the amount of emails she probably per day. We received excellent customer service and I would recommend or use Pool Warehouse again. Jeanette was helpful when we put the pool package together as well. We were missing screws for our returns and Chelsey mailed them that day. Our PB was a Mormon though so I'm beginning to think he misplaced them. Either way we could not have had a better experience and wanted to shout out Chelsey W for amazing customer service!
