I had paid for expedited shipping, however, the coronavirus had caused such a back-up of orders it wasn't possible for my package to be delivered by my desired date. After contacting a customer service representative, I was refunded my shipping cost. The customer service rep was polite and helpful. All in all good experience will definitely shop there again.
Purchased the "Let's get tan Unicorn suit", took much longer than was told for shipping. Suit doesn't look anything at all like the picture on the website. Plumeria will not offer a refund on shipping or the suit and wants me to pay to ship it back. Will only offer credit. Also says any issues when shipping back that they will charge me for and want to be paid with Paypal and a picture of the Paypal transaction sent to them. Buyer beware, bait n switch.
I ordered two full bikinis from this site.
The quality was amazing & shipping time was surprisingly quick. I got them within a week or less from the order date.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size top in one of the suits and emailed for help and return/exchange options. They emailed me back with full information just a day later.
I will definitely be ordering from this site again and recommend it to anyone looking to order bikinis online.

Good luck trying to make an exchange or return anything. They do not provide a return label. If you live in the US, it costs just about the same price to ship it back. Poorly made/cheap material too. Sketchy.
I'm so bummed. I spent a lot of money on this swim suit and FINALLY got it in the mail today and wow. The material is so cheap and the there is no way that I got an XL and a DD too because it doesn't even come CLOSE to fitting me. You can't adjust it and the padding in the top gets messed up and there is no way to adjust it. Plus to send it back I would have to PAYPAL someone $10 on top of paying to have it shipped back... ridiculous. I'll never be shopping here again and I will make sure no one I know does either.
I was real impressed by the quality of the swimsuit. It fit to size and customer service was great! Will order again!
I ordered the Luna Minimalist bikini and the Ariel Unicorn bikini and absolutely LOVE them! The quality is very impressive you can tell the fabric used is superior. The cut on both is gorgeous. I recommend ordering a size up, and if you have wider hips and are ordering the bottoms that do not tie on the sides then order 2 sizes up. The bikinis have a beautiful European look and feel to them I'll definitely be ordering more!
I AM OBSESSED WITH THIS SET! Looks identical to the pictures and fits perfectly! I've bought from Plumeria before and will continue to buy. One of the best for swimsuits! Can't wait to wear this all summer :)
I bought a swimsuit in February and it wasn't shipped until 2 months later. I moved during that time and kept track of where the suit was, since I know the new owners of my place and could still pick it up. They never received a package and the Plumeria site said it wasn't delivered. FedEx says it was delivered, but again, no one has seen it. Plumeria refuses to send me a new suit and refuses to refund me. I literally paid $55 for nothing. Aboslute BS.
Ordered swimsuit for wife almost 3 months ago and still do not have it. I have email and emailed them and keep getting one lie after another on my delivery and yet still no delivery. Now after 4-5 additional tries they have quit responding to my emails. I have replied to their emails, gone to their web site and filled out their form for an answer and still NO ANSWER. Be careful with this company. I am afraid I will never get my order and I am out my money.

By mistake I selected the wrong size. They next day I contacted the support team and they accepted my request and replaced within two weeks, after they received return pack.
The bathing suits are very poorly made. They take so long to ship that if you want to return it- you can't because it's past the 14 day window- that's a part of their return policy. Not 30 days... 14. That sounds purposeful to screw you over to me.
My granddaughter loved her present. Thank you Plumeria for delivering a day before her birthday party without a miss.

I kept seeing ads on Facebook for this amazingly beautiful bikini. I always am really cautious about ordering things online, but I just loved the color and cut so much that I had to give Plumeria a chance! I'm so glad I did! Totally beautiful bikini. I ordered 2 more because I love it so much! Highly recommend purchasing! And I'm super picky. I live on a sailboat and I can tell this suit will stay put and comfortable while sailing and swimming!
My gf said she felt so good and It was a perfect fit. I would certainly recommend this website if you're looking for a quality stuff.
