Although this company has beautiful bikini's and I am happy with the product, I can't give more than 2 stars due to the entire process.

I ordered a bikini as a set that was on sale. Nothing in the description of the product mentioned sizing discrepancies so I ordered my normal size based on the chart. The bikini shipped fairly quickly (within a week of ordering from Turkey) but the bottom was way too small and uncomfortable. I went online to review the return/exchange policy and only then realized that I would have to cover the shipping costs back and would only get a store credit if I returned since it was a sale item. I decided to go ahead and order the larger bottom since I was buying it for a vacation in a few weeks, and would not have time to wait on the exchange. When I did go to return the bottom, it was $90 to ship back! That is more than double what I paid for the entire suit, and I wouldn't even get the money back for it, only a credit! Additionally, when I went to order the larger bottom separately, there was a note that the bottoms run small and to order up a size. If that's the case, that note should be on every page, not just if ordering separately. The larger bottom took over 2 weeks to get to me. I followed up a week after I ordered since I had not received a shipping notification. They sent to me that it was at FedEx and gave me tracking. A week later when I still had not received it, I followed up saying I was leaving for vacation that week and it had been over 2 weeks since I ordered and the shipping was still the same status. Only then did they send it out express but it did not make it in time.

Overall experience was very frustrating and I would not order from them again. They have good quality product but the entire process to get this ordered was very difficult and I was very disappointed with the customer service response. And to expect anyone to pay $90+ to ship something back for exchange/refund is insanity.

Good suits

Good suits for a good price. Yes, shipping is expensive, but they post coupon codes for 50% on their instagram all the time, so it evens out. I own 3 suits now. It took a while to figure out the pricing (I'm a large in top and bottom when i'm usually s/m) but the sizes are consistent so at least there's that.

Despite the other comments on here, I actually had a wonderful experience and love my bikini! Yes, they do run a bit small, but it is very clearly stated on the listing. My bathing suit is great quality and I got a lot of compliments. Shipping was also amazingly fast considering mine was shipped from Istanbul. I highly recommend Plumeria and will be a repeat buyer.

Had I read the reviews beforehand I probably wouldn't have bought anything from here based on the reviews about shipment taking forever, bad service ect.
But to my surprise my suit was shipped swiftly and arrive within 5 days.
I am happy with the over all color & material of the suit. However DO NOT BE FOOLED when they say "adjustable top"! I bought this as my first bikini top since getting some "enhancements" and was super excited to see my new tatas in a bikini! (Silly me for buying my first top online, hence why I'm not too mad

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses during their flash sale because I liked the look of them but had never ordered from here before so I didn't trust that the quality would be worth $100 a pair. Not only did my order take over a month to get to me when I have ordered from TONNES of places in Europe and Australia and it has never taken that long to get to me but they only sent one pair.

Somehow conveniently all of the shipping documents say there are 2 pairs inside the package but NOPE only one - such a scam. So now i have paid full price for one pair of sunglasses when it was supposed to be 50% of both pairs. Don't order from here, I'm pretty sure all the Good reviews below are fake and if you scroll past them you will find a TONNE of bad reviews.

1) the bathing suits DO NOT fit the same as their sizing chart
2) the bathing suits are EXTREMELY uncomfortable
3) the shipping costs are extremely expensive
4) the bathing suits are extremely expensive
5) they did not even let me know that sales items can't be returned until AFTER I bought it
6) this company is a scam and do not buy from them!

I ordered a suit and it never came. I wrote emails and no responses. I even wrote on a picture on their Instagram and they DM me and ask what the issue was. I said what my issue was and they deleted the message and blocked me! Wow!

Don't buy. I have bought 2 swimwears for more than £100 and never received them or seen my money back. The customer care doesn't answer and there is no phone to join them!

Avoid!

I ordered my 3 X bikini which were all in stock and I waited for two months to have them sent to me. I emailed asking where they were and they responded but the delivery shouldn't have taken that long. I am in Dubai and there are in Turkey!

I sent one back for an exchange. To date I have waited a month and a half. I have emailed them every day asking where it is and I have not had a response. No phone number is available either.

How can a company have such poor service after taking your money?!

Horrible customer service! I was charged customs which came out to half the price of the swimsuit. I am fully aware that customs is not Plumeria's fault however, I asked if I could refuse the package and have it sent back but they would not let me or provide me with any other alternative. Very unprofessional and poor customer experience!

I purchased a bathing suite from here, first off the models look amazing and displays the product perfectly! I ordered my product, shocked it came from Turkey first of all! The bikini was very thin material, and about 2 sizes smaller than the sizing chart. The bikini bottom and top did not fit at all it was too small, I immediately returned the item. It would costed me $100 to return the item back to TURKEY, more than what I paid for the bikini so I obviously did regular shipping. After a couple weeks of not hearing from this company I inquired myself if they even received my order, they said they did... I would not have gotten an email response had I not inquired? Anyways Christie stated she would not refund me and would do an exchange and I have to pay shipping, 3rd shipping cost. This is ridiculous, most companies offer the return form or ship the exchange at no cost. I stated I want full refund she advised me that the return policy does not offer that, I never received a return policy in my package nor was there one emailed to me when they gladly confirmed my payment. I requested to speak with someone higher up and I have yet to received an email even with several attempts to resolve this issue. Terrible customer service, terrible people relations

I had placed an order on January 27th. When I placed this order all items were in stock, so I was expecting to receive my order no later than 5-7 business days later. I received an email from the company with a confirmation of my order and three of the 11 items were now listed as backordered. I tried to find a phone number of this company to find out what happened and how would the backordered items effect my expected delivery date. They don't have a phone number to contact them. Then I went onto the site and the contact form page was 'broken'. Their live chat wasn't working either. I emailed the address that emailed me the invoice and didn't get a response. It wasn't until I started posting on their instagram account inquiring about where my order was that someone direct messaged me and stated I should receive my order Tuesday. I asked for the tracking number and yet again they don't have one to give me. I started doing some digging and found that this company has many people complaining about the same thing on Facebook. People that did get items were also complaining about the quality of the items they purchased. I also realized that the websites and people with links to buy from this company were bloggers that are paid. Not sure what is going on if this company is legit or a scam. This is not a reputable company in my opinion.
