We were looking for something different and we found it
The items in my cart disappeared, even though I was signed in. I had to go back and do a new search for the items I wanted to buy.
The order arrived promply, the hardware was intact and as advertised.
I had a quick chat with customer service because I hadn't gotten any email about my order. They were very nice, and promptly located my tracking number.
I'm docking one star because of technology issues, but other than that I had great shopping experience.
Tech isues:
1) No order confirmation or shipping emails.
2) The site forgot my shopping basket in about 30 minutes, so I had to re-fill it. Otherwise, checkout was uneventful.
