Very professional service - notified me directly when the delivery time was going to be a bit longer, to confirm that I still wanted to place the order. The order then arrived ahead of their estimated date.
I did not get a confirmation e-mail with I first placed the order and I had to call to make sure the order was placed.

Customer service was pro-active. Somehow UPS decided to change the shipping address to a home address instead of the business address on the Plumbtile invoice. I sent an email to Plumbtile and they corrected the UPS problem and changed the delivery address with no slip in date.
Need a place to enter other shipping instructions.this was actually sent to my contractor. I haven't seen it yet. I just know it was delivered...
