Took 7 months to close on reverse mortgage. Pierpoint made a lot of promises and closing documents completely different including margin that is now open to change even after closing. Owner talked over me when I questioned terms. They refused to tell me who the title search company was even though mom paid for title search. Other guy there answers phone "hey beautiful" or "how's my favorite girl?" whenever I called. I was trying to secure jumbo reverse mortgage for my mother for a lot of money. Avoid this bait and switch Mickey Mouse company. And they are not local to your web search, another deception. They are in Michigan.
The people at pierpoint got my mortgage done quickly and were there for me the whole process. I cannot say enough great things about them!

They are a nationwide business so I am a lifer and will tell the people i care about this place is the easiest place. We got pre-approved that SAME day! It took us about 2 weeks to find our perfect home and PierPoint Mortgage took it over from there... and we closed on our home the following week!
