I have used this website several times, the service is brilliant this is down to probably it has just been changed to new management. The only problem i have with the website is there is a small choice, although i like all of it, there are not many new products.
I made two orders from them, the first order never arrived, and it has been over a month already and still not coming.the reason is becoz they don't have the item made yet, but still put it on the website as IN STOCK, they just wanna get your money first.
The 2nd order, they send a worn jacket, cut label, smells, and pen ink leaded in the pocket.
I've been trying to contact them so many times since i made my first order, and they just don't even care.
All i get is been chasing them around, and never got what i order.

I purchased a lot of clothes from them a couple months back. First of all, they broke the shipment down into two separate orders because the clothes weren't ready at the same time. Why would they label items as in stock if they still had to make it? Maybe its because they only care about getting your money over being honest.
I received the clothes from the first shipment and they were TERRIBLE. The back pockets of pants I bought ripped when I pushed my hands in the pockets to slide the pants off. I noticed that all the fabric on all the shirts and pants were VERY THIN, and held together by weak single stitching that is easily broken by little force. Its garbage, cheap ready to break clothing.
Upon receiving the first package I had to wait weeks for the second half of the shipment to come. I didn't want to pay 100 bucks to ship back each box of clothes separately (international shipping sucks), so I waited for the second half of my shipment to arrive. I even asked Amy from Phixclothing if they could extend the return policy for me because they messed up the order and I would have to pay extra to ship both boxes. She said yeah that would be fine. (I can prove this with an email trail).
Weeks after I had shipped out the clothes I got no response from phix. So I opened up a dispute with my credit card company and guess what? I didn't win! They are sketchy amateur scammers. Seriously, DO NOT TRUST THEM enough to shop here. This is terrible. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.
I ordered a T-shirt from Phix in October after new management took over in June and have only good things to say about them. My t-shirt was as described and arrived quickly with no hassle. Thanks!
Avoid Phix Clothing at all costs! My experience matches countless others reported online, whereby the company tells you your item(s) are out of stock and will be back in stock soon. They try to keep you hanging on until the 45-day mark has passed, so that you cannot start a Paypal dispute against them - then you have no protection from Paypal and these rip-off merchants can keep your money. Yes, they SOMETIMES send the goods on time, but it's a huge gamble, and should you need to return an item due to it being the wrong size or generally poor quality, forget it - you won't get a refund from these crooks.
Would you buy from a crook? Than don't buy from Phix Clothing
They don't do refunds. They get all the money they can from your creditcard and don't deliver all items. When you return something, no refund. I've mailed them, called them, begged them... No action, no refund, no communication. Crooks!
I wouldn't pay too much attention to the astro turf reviews, I agree with the first few posters in questioning the legitimacy of this site.
I paid for an item, it never arrived. Phix told me to wait 45 days to be sure that my item would arrive. Really the 45 days is so you can't lodge a paypal dispute.
Shoppers at Phix can find items of any taste - but they are know for more Rock, Indie, Mod and Emo clothing at reasonable prices.
I am quite satisfied about the variety of menswear but they also have a wide range of womens wear
I bought one of Phix Clothing's exclusive pea coats. It is their own brand so you never know what the quality will be like, but it was amazing. Really good quality wool and fits like a treat. I had been looking for this type of jacket for a long time so I was so pleased when I found it!

I ordered a pair of Irregular Choice shoes from Phix Clothing. They were sent out the very same day I made the order and were sent recorded delivery. I was provided with a tracking number and I got them the very next day.
The whole process was easy, smooth and the shoes look GREAT!

I ordered a dress at 3pm on a Friday hoping I could have it for my Saturday night out and it arrived the next morning. I couldn't believe how quick the service was.

They dont just have one theme, say if you wanted a party dress and you were a 'safisticated dresser' they've got those types of dresses, say if you were more 'out there' they've got them to. I ordered my jacket on 10/01/12 and it arrived either as scheduled. About 7 days; the exact estimate the website gave. So shipping was not a problem as I live in the US, and I was pretty patient
As sizing goes, it fits perfectly. No doubt. I'm only 15, but hopefully I won't grow out of it too quickly.
Overall, it was worth it. Love the way the jacket looks and fits. I feel like Julian Casablancas...
Since Phix Clothing has been under new management they have been superb. Placed many orders and they were happy to exchange my item for free. The customer service was very good and even called me to help me out.
The delivery is second to none. Packaging is always great and clothes are fab.
