I don't always give reviews unless a company really offers great service. However, I realized today that I am coming back to this same company again for their awesome price on a Soresto flea collar. What is offered locally for up to $70, I can get here lower and shipped free. This is the 3rd time I have order from PetCaresupplies, so I figured it's time to give them a shout out. Great prices! Very satisfied customer

I got my heart worm prevention on time, in good condition and was a good value. I have used other online companies of the same type and this got me the product fastest and third time using!

Do not order Seresto collars from this scam. Great price great hoax, not real Soresto 3/$89.69 but totally counterfit collars.

Very simple, the prices are "Great" The delivery time is Good, the customer service is "very Bad" and if you get to contact someone by some luck, they can be "really Ugly"

When I called the customer service number it goes to voicemail. Use the text service and they keep you on hold for 10 minutes.
I mean multiple attempts to order dog medication at each time orders are canceled.

No customer service whatsoever. They do not answer the phone, do not return emails, or phone calls!

I ordered Frontline from this company just like I have from Amazon or Chewy many times before. It came with damaged packaging and the writing on it was in some foreign language. And let me just tell you my dog has never itched more! I found a ton of fleas on him that I've never found with using frontline before that were bought from other companies. I can only surmise that this is a fake product. I would ask for my money back or put in a complaint but it looks like that it would fall over deaf ears anyway so I'll just make a review. Do your homework & BEWARE!

I ordered a Seresto collar. It took a little longer to receive (maybe due to covid?), but the price was excellent and the product was authentic. I plan to order again when I need another.

I placed my order for Frontline Plus for Cats with Pet Care Supplies on 3/31/21 and today, 4/8/21, I received my order! Amazing quick shipping and delivery! They shipped my order from the United Kingdom and I received the order in New York State, USA - just slightly more than one week! And the shipping was free! The Frontline Plus for Cats is in the original sealed packaging and the expiration date is one year and five months from today, so that provides plenty of time to use the product. Thank you Pet Care Supplies for the excellent service!

I've ordered my pets' flea medicine from this site for about 5 years now, and I have never had an issue. The prices are less than what you'll pay at retail and you can get coupon and auto ship discounts. The products arrive (USA) within a couple of weeks and I always receive exactly what I've purchased. It's super easy to order and checkout and I couldn't be happier with the service. Definitely recommend. 5 stars.

I received my delivery, but it was for a different person. They wanted me ship to them and wait for that person to ship me mine. NO way. I told them to reship me my order and i would send it back to them if they sent me a prepaid packing label. I had to argue for this, but finally agreed. They called me days later to tell me there was a problem with my order. I returned the call and they told me what I had already them 5 days prior. They requested that i wait for the order from the other customer again. I was surprised considering they told me that they were going to ship it out. They kept telling me it was going to take 7-14 days, because they were in the UK. I asked for a shipping number and they said since I was getting free shipping there is no tracking number. I replied I had a tracking number on the 1st order and that was free shipping. After all this I received the package the next day. They have no idea what they are doing! Very poor experience. I would never recommend.

Bought the Seresto cat collar for my outside cat, received it but the reflectors were missing. I contacted them and they told me that the reflectors didn't affect the purpose of the collar as far as protecting from fleas and ticks, which I already knew. I explained that I wanted the reflectors that were supposed to come with the collar for the reflective purposes since my cat was outside. They then proceeded to tell me that they didn't offer the reflectors, which was not stated on the website. If I had of known that, I wouldn't have ordered it. They couldn't even send me the reflectors because they didn't have them, just the collar, which has places on it that the reflectors go. They offered a discount on my next purchase, I told them that I would not be ordering from them again. Bad business.

We have been ordering our Frontline Plus flea and tick medicine for our cats for over 6 years! We received shipments within 7-14 days. We plan ahead for ordering and don't mind the wait because the price is worth it.
We can get 6 doses for the price of 1 dose at the vets! We are very satisfied and will continue to order through them as long as we have pets!

It's been almost a year since I purchased some flea medicine. I never recieved the package and after numerous attempts asking for a refund, I have recieved nothing

Didnt realize they were in U K and it took close to a month to get here but i really wasn't in a hurry. Good product. Cheap price.

I purchased two seresto collars for my dogs. It took forever to arrive and when I got them they were fake! Thank God I didn't put them on my dogs. The only reason I would give them a star is because before I even got the collars I emailed them and said if they are fake then I want my money back. Today when I got them I was looking through my bank account and noticed they did refund my money. So they know they are selling Fake product that can harm the animals they sell to. Hope someone sees this post before you buy their products

I know online shopping seems to be the new trend, especially with the pandemic going around, but I have always been skeptical about shopping online. I mean, it is difficult to trust a website because you never really know how genuine they could be. But well, you sometimes have to risk it to get the blimey biscuit. And that is exactly what I did. Bought supplies from here, and was delivered to me with a week or so. I was pleased with the products and relieved too. At the end of the day, it was worth the risk.
