If you are thinking about ordering from petcaresupplies.com, don't! Placed an order with them on April 18,2020, order supposedly shipp on april 20th, 2020, but checkining tracking number of order shows label was created on 20th but order still not received as of may 10th. Attempted to request cancellation and refund, but they refuse because they immediately marked it as shipped to take money from me and not give me what I ordered. If they dont actually ship by the 18th of may, I will be filing a complaint with the proper authorities for mail fraud.

HORRIBLE experience

Ordered 2 Seresto collars on 3-23-2020. No tracking number, won't answer the phone, won't return messages, and website won't come up. The collars were cheaper, but DO NOT ORDER from them. It's not worth the hassle.

They would rarely answer and always said it's in transit and that was three months ago. I called today and nobody would answer. I had to call my Visa account and ask for a refund

Seresto Collar

Its been over 2 weeks since my order and there isn't even a tracking number. Granted we are under a quarantine but nothing from the company. No email saying product cant be shipped, no answer at customer service, nothing, GHOST COMPANY. Yes great price but for what? OK, they have a link to a letter regurding the Covid-19, stating that there products get shipped from out of the country and shipping may take over 28 days. If I had know that I would not have ordered from them.

I bought 2 Seresto collars; they were apparently authentic, even though imported from South Africa. All the safety features were there and Bayer is a global brand with strict quality standards. The price was great; I would buy again!

I received the Seresto collara and after checking with Bayer, they are fake! Only purchase these from a reputable source! When they arrived international post I knew something was up and sure enough I was right.

So after making my local vet the richest vet in my area, I am glad that I finally got a site that has all the pet care supplies at cheaper rates. I've been purchasing pet products from the local vet and no wonder how he overpriced the products. And that's when I decided to order Frontline Plus from here which costs a lot less than my vet. Will definitely order other treatments for my puppy next week. Thank you pet care supplies.

Ever since I got the second pup, my budget has always overshot. I had never anticipated the expenditure to increase exponentially on having two dogs. Their welfare was my responsibility and it suddenly put me in a tough spot. That's when I switched to this site, and I am thankful for it. I have started saving a lot on my pets' supplies and it has come as a huge relief. Also, the range of products the site offers is greatly affordable. My pups are growing fast and it's great to no more worry about their over the top expenditure.

I was searching for some pet products and somehow I stumbled upon the link to this online pet store. It was strange that I wasn't aware of the website as I have had dogs all my life. And for the same reason, I was also quite skeptical. Since the prices were quite cheap, I decided to give it a shot and ordered some products. To my surprise, all the products came in perfect and were same as the ones I used to get from the pet store down the road. Since then, I've been purchasing from this website and will continue to do so in future.

I have purchased pet products here and am very happy. Of note, there was an offer for a reduced price by signing up for automatic refills which I did. Then I needed a refill before the prearranged date and reordered supplies. When the automatic date came up from my original order, I did not get hassled by cancelling the order. I ordered a Seresto collar, yep, because of the price. This company has as many 1 star ratings as positive ones. WHY IS THAT? Because service and delivery suck. I am usually good about reading reviews. This time, in a hurry, I didn't. Now, as I am waiting for a delivery that is 10 days since payment, I have the time. I spoke with "customer service" only to be told it could be another week, and by that time, we are leaving with the dog for a 3 week trip. I am also beginning to worry about the quality of the product, since it appears they are counterfeit and maybe can harm my dog. Just order somewhere else and save yourself a lot of grief.

My dog was infected by fleas and the concern for its well-being was just eating me up. He had stopped playing with me and was easily getting irritated. I was suggested to visit this site and so I immediately did. I browsed carefully and ordered for Frontline Plus. Not only did I get the perfect product for my pet but I also got a great discount on it. The fleas have vanished and my dog is back to leading a normal active life.

I ordered Frontline Plus for Cats and Dog. I verified with the manufacturer. These may or may not be counterfeit but it is illegal to sell foreign manufactured products in the US. Call Frontline and they will provide the legal product free of charge. DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS. YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING.

Unbelievable! These foreigners are making money by selling fake, non-genuine, counterfeit material and medical supplies. How can this even be happening. Just call their customer service line if you remain hesitant about these scammers. A distant representative a long way from the USA who speaks broken English. I called and waited ten minutes and finally got an Asian person on the line and I said I wanted my money back, so he said he could not hear me because they were having difficulty with their phones (BS). So I called again and cleverly told them I would like to make a purchase and they suddenly could hear me fine... then I told them actually I wanted a refund for the counterfeit, non-genuine collars I ordered. He had to issue me a refund then! I could go on and on... just let it be said they should all be in jail!
