Ordered jacket in enough time to receive. Asked if it was in stock and the reply was yes. Asked if it would arrive by the following Friday and the reply was yes. Then received an email saying that that size was not in stock and that could get a different jacket or a different size. Opted for a different size. Asked if it would arrive by the same Friday and was told yes. DID NOT ARRIVE ON FRIDAY. So, just thought it would come Monday. DID NOT COME MONDAY. GOT AN EMAIL TUESDAY TELLING ME THAT IT HAD ONLY BEEN SENT RUSH DELIVERY ON MONDAY. When I called was told that the jacket would not arrive until late Wednesday, which was the day that it was to be used. Did not have time to make sure if it was in good shape or wrinkled or have no fold lines. The young lady that I spoke to did not care about the situation or that your service department LIED. The jacket had a few fold creases. I am furious. And I am going to do everything in my power to let all persons in my vicinity know not to purchase from you. I will also write the Better Business Bureau in your city and tell them the same. In your state also and the rest of the world. Your service department made it very easy to order, but it also did not come through on its promises, causing several problems, we will never order from you again. Kevin Lawing.

Ordering was easy. We ordered the charcoal grey slim suit for boys. I ordered size 12 for my 10 year old who normally wears a 10. It was a little long but fits good around the waist and is of good quality. UPS lost the package! Perfect Tux's customer service was superb. They were ready to remedy the situation immediately, but thankfully UPS found the package. I will definitely order from these folks again should I have a need to do so.

I wanted to start by saying the vest and tie I bought was very nice unfortunately I have bought many vest and ties over the past few years you can buy them all for 17 bucks on eBay I paid close to 60 bucks for one tie in a vest on top of that it took more than 10 days to get to me they take their sweet time on getting the product to you they're in no hurry whatsoever to ship it out if I had to do this again I would just buy it on eBay

I was eager to find an attractive blue vest, tie and pocket square to go with my tux for an upcoming symphony event. I googled what I was looking for and your site popped up. I was pleased to find a wide array of products and in a wide range of sizes -- something that is quite important for some of us. The items received are very attractive and high quality. And the prices were quite reasonable!
You might consider offering full evening dress... white tie and tails.

I looked around several traditional stores for suits that would fit my 5 and 7 year old boys to wear to a family wedding. The selection was horrible and what was available was either super expensive or terrible quality. Then after some online searching I stumbled onto PerfectTux. I was hesitant at ordering fitted clothing online, and I wasn't expecting great quality based on the price point. When the suits arrived, I was completely blown away. The quality of suits was *far* higher than anything I'd found in department stores, and the price was perfect. I highly recommend their products for kids and will be shopping here again in the future as the kids get bigger!
