Once they have your account, this company charges indiscriminately on your credit card. Customer Service is rude... no way you can cancel the charges once the invoice gets sent! Beware!

Software does not work and the customer service does not want to cancel the subscription, especially when you called it in, and they will renew the subscription ASAP and charge you $ 39.95 and when you cancel through paypal you WILL NOT receive any refund from them! Do a chargeback though your PAYPAL account and credit card as these people a totally dishonest! BEWARE and do not waste your money on this garbage!

Everything says "free" - free conversion, free access, free account - until you want to print, save, or download the document you created. Then you have to pay for access.

My frustration has grown because of internet companies advertising free products that aren't free at all. They're very expensive in most cases considering how basic the software is. Nearly every time I've attempted one of these trails without fail all get charged days even sometimes even weeks early before what was presented and explained in the trial. I always pay attention and do screen prints the last two times, but I still encountered issues.
It's simple, these companies don't believe in their product or its value compared to the price they're charging. I'm sure hundreds if not thousands of these companies have stayed afloat, purely by employing this business model. I know there are people out there like me who charge everything and pay their credit card off each month, but also get busy and don't enjoy the task of going through the monotony of going through an itemized bill that sometimes has nearly 100 charges. Half the time it doesn't help because the companies don't even charge by the actual name.

For a good laugh check out the company's website that rated them 4 stars called "Trust Pilot" it's a scam too. I wanted to read their PDFSimpi reviews but it also wanted my info, email, name, address, and phone number so I put a bunch of bogus in. A screen popped up and said, "Thank you, someone, will be contacting you shortly"?!?! What! All I want to do is read reviews lol

Part of my PDF document converted to gibberish. I was extremely disappointed. The only reason I gave it a one was because I can type on it.

This "company" is nothing but a SCAM. The fact that on average there are multiple complaints about this merchant on different website is astounding. Quick search of "Pdfsimpli scam" or "Pdfsimpli complaints" tells you all you need to know.
This predatory and fraudulent business practice is one i have never encountered. For starters it is a one man show based out of Puerto Rico- disgusting despicable waste of skin called Sean Fitzpatrick He is also the CEO. When you call you are always speaking to someone in PR who really could care less about listening or helping customers resolve their issue

I was charged $39.95 monthly totaling $1300 by these scammers on a dormant acct. Charges I never authorized. I spoke with a lady named Mily at first then a disrespectful illiterate named Natalie and then a guy named Ray attempting to resolve this issue. I hit wall trying to get my money back. According to Mily i signed a contract in Oct 2019 that i did not cancel. So i demanded a copy of this contract i agreed to. If i don't have a copy the merchant should have a copy right? I am still waiting on that contract...

For individuals who have been scammed by this business Please file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission; ReportFraud.ftc.gov, phone *******357 they investigate shady business practices and fraud cases like this also contact your State Consumer Protection office and file a complaint with the attorney general of your state. The more complaints generated, the quicker we can get the scammer behind this company investigated and put out of business.
I intend on getting every penny taken fraudulently from me back and also looking at small claims court for litigation. Please don't just sit back and do nothing. Report, Report, Report! Please be careful when signing up with this company. They will continue to take money out of your account without your authorization. The customer service is extremely rude, and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, she stated that they did not have supervisors and that she was not refunding my money. I have reported them for fraud. Do not sign up with this company unless you want your money stolen!

I miss the 14 days trial deadline, OK. I was charged and thought I was good for the term. I didn't realize that they charged me again in one month. That site never informed or I'm blind that it costs $39.95 a MONTH! I paid $1.45 for the document and $39.95. Check out all statements, this not informative before you get charged. I was refunded but offered a resolution of $12.95 per document. CAN"T AFFORT PDFSIMPLI -- That's ridiculous.

This is a phishing same. They is theft. They have some small print and then they will start charge your card $39.95 per month.
They know they are stealing, rudest customer service on the planet, they are blunt about their theft.

Started to use the site. It said completely free. I loaded the document then it wants me to pay. Very slick! So, if you pay $1.95 you get the "trial" for 14 days. But you better watch out for the renewal since if you forget, you pay about $39.00 a month! If you do the annual plan and forget the price goes up by more than 1000%! I can't say anything about the quality as I backed out when I saw the fine print. I then looked at legitimate reviews and they were ALL bad!

I can't download even one pdf or access it again after I already spent a whole hour and 10 minutes editing the pdf that's supposed to due in 3 minutes from now!? My bad if I misread some things but I'm literally so sure i didn't. I'm already failing this damn class and now my whole 11 paged assignment just got eaten by this website. Not to mention the whole thing just sucks. Tried to use the text but it kept glitching and duplicated every text I write. Didn't even bother using the pencil.

They originally charged me only $1.95 for this service, worth it, but then snuck in a proviso that it was a free trial only -- and then started charging me $39.95 a month after that. When I finally realized that I was getting charged this amount, they refused to give me my $79.90 back, saying that I had entered into the contract knowingly. Yeah, right.

I'm a senior citizen and $80 means more to me than the average person. Yet I have no recourse to get my money back for a service that I only used once because it was FREE. Ha.

I signed up for their "free" offer to test out their PDF to Word Converter. I tried it out for 1 day and asked to be discontinued from their "test" offer. They started charging me $39.95 a month. I called the company and they told me my "subscription" had ended, even emailing a text stating this. A month later the $39.95 charges started again on my credit card. We ended up having to cancel our credit card to stop this "robbery". In an attempt to get my money back, I called the company again. They said they would refund all my money. I gave them a credit card to pay me back. They said that credit card would not work and asked for a debit card. I told them I would give them another credit card. Not only did they NOT PAY ME BACK, but they SOLD my credit card information for BOTH CARDS to an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT COMPANY, who began to CHARGE ME for THEIR SERVICES! This is the WORST CASE OF FRAUD I have EVER EXPERIENCED! My bank is now trying to recoup my losses. This is 6 MONTHS after I tried their "FREE TRIAL". STAY AWAY from this company... they are out to STEAL YOUR MONEY!

In 11-21, while unemployed, I had to sign up for PDF Simpli to sign a single document. I then found temp employment and the company provides. Pdf software. Not surprisingly, I forgot to close my account on PDF Simpli (that's the game, right?). I asked them to refund from 12-21 and their policy allows for only 1 month of refund. Other software providers have been more forgiving. I will not use PDF Simpli again.

These idiots say it is free and then make you pay after going through all the steps. DO NOT even bother, these deceitful losers do not deserve any money. I would give them 0 stars if that was an option.

You maje all the changes, press download and they tell you to pay a fee.
Should be more upfront about it, don't use this web

Used this website for one project and one project only,
Costing $1.59, to later find out I signed up for a membership. Couldnt be any more shady as I would never of. And They proceeded to charge me $44/Month for the next 8 Months until Error was caught.
And basically told me to shove it. And did nothing to rectify the issues, as they could see out of the 8 months i paid for it, Never logged on or used it once! Satisfaction guaranteed my $#*!!
They have a refund / cancellation page that guarantees customer satisfaction, that couldn't be farther from the truth!

The site is fairly easy to use & delivers quality conversions-- at least for Word to. Pdf.
I didn't like that their "free" conversions as offered on their website, is a come-on or BAIT/ Switch; once they have you in the conversion process, they suddenly throw out that the Trial for their product is $1.95.
So yes, free until you upload & want to get back your page(s).
A new disagreement & chickensh** dispute/ unauthorized charge claim I am working on today through Paypal vs. them.
Before my trial date has expired (signed up on 4/17/21-- have receipt copy) someone decided to work on Sunday & billed the full month's renewal fee of $39.95 fr my Paypal account (today: 5/2/2021.)
My goal w/ this company will be to write a barely acceptable review- factually based, then begin to battle over their premature charges.
I've documented the info on Paypal as an unauthorized charge & will have to spend time disputing the BS & writing minimally 2 online reviews!
Oh well, war is hell.
