I was told it was free just to still pay, it is a little misleading but I accomplished what needed to be done
Trying to unsubscribe is a nightmare! Over 2 years I have been trying to contact you.
Now recently you have an email address.
It said it was free and before I could download it I had to sign up for a 14 day for a $1.45 and If I forget to cancel I will be charged $ 40.00
The doc was perfect before I paid the trail fee... now after I download it after payment, the texts barely legible... wth!
So far so good except that I wish I could of took a picture of the signature I needed and then added it to my templet. Hope I can go back and do it.

OK but very first instruction misleading as there is only a "Compression" button... there is no button to "Convert".
Total waste of time. I tried to cancel my account and two days later it was still active. The chat help is rude.

The PayPal link does not work. Also I was having issues even finishing up my order yesterday using a credit card.
It's very difficult to use. The cost is prohibitive for someone who only needs something like this once or twice a year.
Easy sign up with a 14-day trial period and cancellation at any time. Love that part. Looking forward seeing if the conversion is worth it.

Pretty annoying when things say free and they aren't but I didn't really expect it to be free I guess.
Mislead to belive it was a free pdf editor so spent time doing so only to be faced with a payment to access my file

This company is a FRAUD. Cancelled my trial subscription and they continued to charge three additional times
Simpli fraud. I did not sign up for the package you charged me for. I need my refund. Please I need it back
