The good reviews are fake. The website is a scam. It has been reported for defrauding people. They bill you and continue in hopes u do not catch it. I was scammed over $1300 by this company. Once the bad reviews started piling up on this website with stories similar to mine in 2022 they started creating dummy accounts and writing bogus good reviews to bury previous bad reviews ang hope no one finds out. They do this on other review sites as well. The man behind this scamming website is in Puerto Rico. Disgusting waste of skin scamming people of their hard earned money. Karma is real and u and everyone working for you will get what is coming to you. I see new stories everyday of people being scammed, how you sleep at night is beyond me.

I needed to convert a pdf document to a word document and i found this company online. On the first page, they advertise their service as free, however as I tried to convert the document, they asked to pay 1.50 using my credit card. I don't mind paying for services, so I paid and i thought this was the end of it. Mind you the conversion was less than ideal as I had to spend a considerable amount of time editing the converted word document. I knew I would never use their service due to lack of efficiency.
Almost 2 months later I checked my credit card and I noticed they had charged my credit card twice for $ 40, a total of $ 80. Called them to inquire about it and they said that they offer 2 weeks free for service (though I had already paid for a one-time use) and after that there is an automatic subscription that is renewed each month. They insisted the information is somewhere on their website. I did not notice it and even they may have put in fine print, it was not readily apparent. Long story short they refused to reimburse me and they suggested that the mere fact I used their service would imply I had agreed to subscribe. They even had the audacity to offer me a promotion for me to stay with them!.
In any event, I found their lack of transparency deceitful and unethical. I wonder how many customers like me end up paying $ 80 or more for using their service only once. So if you wish to use them, make sure to cancel within 2 weeks. As for myself, I will file a complaint against them..

Online I paid £1,40 for a file conversion and it didn't specify that there will be girder payments monthly. They are a scam. I asked for refund and they didn't give it to me. Scams.paypal didn't want to refund me and neither pdfsimple.

This is requested because while the dispute is active the PayPal system will be locked in a way that will not allow a refund to be reflected back to your account. If possible please contact PayPal about it in order to have the communication reinstated. This way our support team will be able to assist you with your request.
