Orders that subtotal 149 and over qualify for free shipping. I see that you used a coupon for 15 dollars off, putting your subtotal at 136.03. Because the subtotal did not meet requirements the system will not automatically redact the shipping. In this case, since you were unaware of the policy, I will refund the 8.99 shipping as you are a loyal customer and we sincerely appreciate you.
