Panda express on 281 in San Antonio has the worst service. 45 minutes before closing they are out of food and all is left is old food (very gross), but they will still sell it to u. They will not make any thing fresh because the kitchen is closed, so
Why are they open! I cant beleive no one has gotten sick from the food there. This is the second time this happens. What a shame, i used to like this place. They are absolutely aweful and could care less about there customers. Three customers walked away because the food was so old. I should have taken pictures of the food.
One day my family and I decided to get our dinner from Panda Express. It unfortunately went down hill from there. From poor customer service, to trying to sell us Teriyaki Chicken without the sauce, to experiencing the same at more than one location... we decided to make Terriyaki Chicken at home. I am so glad we did. It couldn't be better.
Panda Express has been getting worse and worse, now all you get is a plate of celery and if you complain about it your integrity is called into question,
Id rather take a 15 hour flight to China than eat your food get better i hate you please learn how to cook im gonna get salmonella xx also i found straight up hamster in my food whats goin on here?!
Be EXTREMELY careful if you gave this business your credit card. My wife picked up her food from them for $167 and they charged it twice. I had to dispute it through credit card as they told us that they cant' reverse the charge. Even when we disputed it with credit card, they kept on stating to them that they sold us goods (yes, worth $167) that does not give you an authority to charge it twice. Real crooks, stay away from them. If you have bought anything from this business with credit card, please double check your credit card statement and good luck disputing that as these crooks will tell your credit card company that yes, that they did provide you food. (not twice though)
Spent $35 for the taste of bland $#*!, sour $#*! chicken straight from the pandas actual $#*!. There was no sauce for the bland dry wall tasting baby $#*! covered chow mein they gave us. I'm convinced I'm actually $#*!ed for giving them a 2nd try. The orange chicken tasted like candied meat but made out of sour patch kids and $#*!ing sweet tarts. You would have more satisfaction throwing out everything you just bought than taking another bite.
Zero rating if it would let me.
The Colorado Springs, Southgate location refused to open even after 15 minutes past their schedule opening time. I realize sometimes things come up and a place might not be quite ready but it only takes a couple of seconds to at least tell the people waiting outside your door that you were not ready to open yet. After patiently waiting for 15 minutes I knocked on the door to at least try to get a time frame and was still ignored. I had a very limited timeline and had planned ahead to get food at a location that opens at 10:30 and would be able to serve very quickly so I could take a special birthday meal to my daughter for lunch at school. Due to their refusal to open for business or even acknowledge their waiting customers about a potential delay I was nearly unable to treat her to her birthday lunch. I still had to go elsewhere and get food that but it was less desirable but quick in order to be able to take her lunch. Pretty much ruined a special treat. Again I know things go wrong sometimes but it really doesn't take much to explain to your customers why there is a delay instead of ignoring them for over 15 minutes after your scheduled open time. Incredibly unhappy with this location.
I used to love to come to Panda Express. I would even consider that a going out to dinner place at one point. I love the fresh teriyaki sauce and sweet and sour sauce. I loved the sweet and sour chicken and the black pepper chicken. They've taken all of that off the menu. Sauces are in packets now and do not taste the same. My family and I are very disappointed.
Bloomington, IL. I understand slow service due to staffing, but tonight, store was fully staffed. To go order after to go order was being taken off the POS and filled by the server while the walk-in line continued to grow. When we enter we were 3rd in line. 25 mins later still no food for us. The best yet is that they were amazed that I refused to pay until I had my food. To my amazement, they just kept pushing my order back behind other orders placed after mine. One customer made a comment that I must have pissed them off. Not one to be taken advantaged of…. I left. Won't see me on a Panda again.
I have been going to Panda Express recently, The bonnylake one, The food is amazing, I cannot stop eating. My family loves it too.
Recently Panda Express honey sesame chicken has hardly any chicken! It's mostly popcorn chicken
I hope they read and care about their costumer!
(Crofton, MD) Just left the restaurant a few minutes ago; definitely a decent experience there.
My portion was definitely small, I cannot disagree with the reviews complaining about that. HOWEVER, it was tasty, and the employees were very nice, so no real complaints. My friend ordered the Orange Chicken with fried rice "bowl", and her portion was a bit larger, because there was a lot of rice. I had the String Bean Chicken with mixed vegetables "bowl", and they didn't load me up on at least the vegetables, like they did on my friend's rice. But it was very good, and I will definitely go back there.
We ate inside the restaurant, so I can't comment on delivery issues, as some have... The restaurant looked clean (it's new-ish) and was pleasant enough for a fast-casual eatery.
(I don't have proof of purchase because my friend paid & used a coupon, and I just gave her cash).
The food is what it is. This is about the on-line ordering experience.
I placed an order on line to be delivered 6 hours later, made one mistake. In trying to fix the mistake, I found out there is no way to fix a simple mistake via the web.
I Called the local store and I'm placed on hold for 25 minutes, I think the phone was just set on the counter and I'm listening to people place orders. No one picks back up. I hang up can call back, this time someone answers, try to help but says the order is not in their system and won't show up until 15 minutes before the order is due. I call the national number, they transfer me to a recording telling me to send an email via a web form. The web form fails to send due to a captcha error, what a joke.
Such a poor experience, it's a shame, 30 minutes ago I was looking forward to it, now the whole thing is just a hassle.
Have and still enjoyed Panda Express. Portions have always been generous, but last few times they have been very stingy on their mains
Price is great with current economic rates for eating out. Compared to Burger King, McDonalds, Chick-fil-A, the proportions at Panda are much much better and ingredients sooo good tasty. Food served at this hour was hot (not just warm)! Panda Express #1877 receipt is poor poor quality and I can't even make a readable photo nor sign into the survey numbers 8/3/22; order ******* server
Stephanie L.; I used my visa debit; part of code is; 2302 (cannot read next nbrs) ending 0188-0512-07 cost 11.10 plus tax. 94 total $12.04
I ordered 2 entrees through grub hub only got rice and broccoli I've been ripped off you idiots a Panda Express will be hearing from me personally that was bull$#*!
What made them great went to their heads. Despite their University degrees and overzealous control over quality, the Cherngs apparently couldn't care less about the brand that made them billionaires. The "chicken" is abysmal, assuming it is to be found within the saccharine doused orange sauce, the Angus beef is not fit for dogs and their rice a mere ghost of what it once was. Absolute garbage riding on the namesake and former glory of days long gone.
This trip to PE was at the Panda Express #1560 restaurant located at 5229 W Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ ******* on 07-29-22 at 2:48:11pm order #******* according to the receipt. The visit didn't start off well as there was a dumpster taking up 4 parking spaces in the parking lot so there were none available to park in as all the rest were filled up. I had to park further away in the mall parking lot. Once I was inside inline waiting to arrive at the order counter, the short, hefty black lady in front of me was too busy looking at her phone to hear the lady server ask her twice if she could help her, then the server looked at me looked at me wondering what was going on. I had my gift card info printed out on an 8x11 piece of paper, so I touched her arm with it and she abruptly turned around and gave me a nasty look and said don't do that. The server looked at me to thank me for waking her up and I replied I was only trying to help her, and that other people were in line and wanted to order also. She kept saying obnoxious stuff with a nasty attitude and when she checked out, she didn't even reply to the cashier nor take her receipt as it was handed to her. She just grabbed her bag out of the cashier's hand and stormed out the door. I told the checker she was nasty in line too and not to take it personal. She acknowledged the woman wasn't very nice. The world could do without people like this treating other people this way because they can't give others the courtesy to be ready in line to give their order as something on their phone was more important than ordering or being considerate to others. After she left, it was a much nicer visit and the food was good and the restaurant was clean.
July 24th I go into the Tigard Panda Express on highway 99, ordered some food and they could not give me change back for a 50 of $34. If they are short on change maybe they will be short on quality as well. I guess my family won't be eating at Panda Express anymore. Cash doesn't work there.
It is 7/24/2022. Food is always fresh and decent. Today the place was pretty filthy. Most if not all the trash cans stuffed and overflowing. Tables were all dirty. Hard to know where to sit. There was a large pool of standing water under one of the tables near the door where you entered. I have no intentions of going back anytime soon!
Answer: Phone or email seems to work but, what's the point? Corporate does not appear to have a handle on service and quality.
Answer: Beware of ordering gift cards online from Panda Express. They say they ship in 3-5 days, but when you call asking where your card is, they tell you it takes 15 days. On day 15 they say to call back for a refund, but when you do, they won't give you one. They direct you back to the website contact form, which will not submit.
Answer: The food quality took a steep nose dive. Don't eat there.
